Al Emad Rent A Car is fantastic. I have been renting from them since March and I am extremely happy. Their cars are well maintained and clean. I would truly recommend them and their staff have been very nice especially Shahbaz who have been very helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

Great service from the team, car delivery on time and car in immaculate condition. Delivery and pick up from our current location, drop off at our villa and picked up at separate location and very accommodating. Would highly recommend using this team.. 5 star service

Very nice car rental place. A very friendly owner who is willing to help with every issue. Also the Price was Perfect. I rented a car for three months and it went absolutely perfect. I definitely recommend al Emad and I will come back everytime for a car. Thank you very much for this nice experience !

Great company. Very supportive and accommodating. Great car selection at a decent price. My only concern would be getting service during a holiday is difficult but I think it's the same for other companies out there. Other than that it's all good. Very highly recommend.

One of the worst car rental service providers I have ever seen. Very unprofessional, rude and disorganized. Have to say the cars are in a very bad condition too. My advice is never to use this provider unless you have to.

Not trustworthy: i rented a car that had no coolant, and lower specs than what I paid for, not to mention the smell Not friendly and not customer oriented at all.

They provide worst customer service ever, I have not seen any Rent a car In dubai like this bad, honestly I got Nissan Sentra and it got broke down on the road and company send their staff to bring the car back to their garage and car was on the garage for couple of days, when we want do the payment they charge even the days Car was on the their garage, 😂

Worst service in Dubai.Very bad Service.Not professional.Cars are dirty.Car had a bad condition from the fist day I picked the Car.Almost had an accident due to engine failure..!
I guess They haven’t done the service properly.

Cars are clean and well maintained. Prices are competitive and the company is professional. They always ask before taking money (I'm renting long-term) and so far I am quite happy with Al Emad.

If I could put less than one star I would. Where to start? It starts when they bring the car, there is dirty papers from previous owners everywhere, a used, dusty tire in the trunk, and the AC when switched on smelled like rotten egg. Of course 2 days later the car stop suddenly in the middle of Al Khail road at 11pm, and there is absolutely no emergency contact number left in the car or anywhere on internet. Next day, I call them as soon as they open, and it takes them 8 hours to send another car, after many, many calls from me to follow up as they kept saying "you will have the car in half an hour" all day but nothing happened, and worse after all the waiting, they ask me to come pick it up in their office in JLT.
This company has absolutely 0 notions of customer service, and I don't even know how they can keep the company going seeing the total lack of professionalism they show. And after all this, I receive a bill for fines I got, I give them a call to tell them to not cash the cheque my company gave them for these fines (as my company was paying for the car), as I was going to pay directly to RTA, but of course the obvious happened: they cashed the cheque for the fines, that I already paid myself. And it took several weeks to finally get a reimbursement after many calls.
On top of that, my company had cars with them for other employees, and similar situation happened to them too. So it is not an isolated case.
So good job Al Emad, believe me when I say I will never use your services again and no one in my entourage will.response / report this review -
