  They're the official dealer for fiat vehicles in the UAE. I visited just before closing time and there were no salesmen who even noticed me for the 20 minutes that I was there (which worked out for me, since I was just walking by the showroom on my way to the metro, and also get extremely annoyed by overbearing salesmen who stay next to me even after I explain to them that I don't need help). If you prefer to talk to the salesman or are serious about buying a new fiat, then the customer service in this showroom is pretty bad compared to other dealers.

  Called fiat showroom and ask for spear parts and the lady who picked up the called just said "we don't have spare parts call on this number,called ends" very bad customer service no greetings

  worst show room over in the world they don't know any information about the arrival of cars they just give promise for nothing late car arrival worst sales people i saw in my life they don't know any thing and they don't give the right information about cars or car arrival date just nothing ( bad service )
