Visited Swasthya Ayurvedic Center last Saturday, it was an amazing experience with such a vibrant team of Doctors and therapists.
The whole atmosphere brought a positive feeling in my mind;
Doctor Suggested me to go for Abhyangam and the therapist did a fantastic work; i felt very relaxing and all my ailments are now vanished!!response / report this review -

The Best Ayurvedic Treatment and Relaxation Center in UAE. Very hygienic, spacious,ambient. Beauty of the facility enhanced by highly professional staff members. Gives a positive feel as we enter which is maintained throughout the service.

Just went here for full body massage and facial. The place is beautiful inside and the staff are very nice. Dont let the exterior the building turn you off.Now for the massage: The warm ayurvedic oil was so nice however, the massaging part I felt needed more "massaging" as opposed to just rubbing the oil in. I felt like my little niece could of "massaged" me in the same manner. The room was way too cold. I had shivers and goose bumps the whole time and the lights in the room were on full Brite therefore didn't make for a relaxing evironment. In the end I got to get inside the 1 place steam chamber located in the corner of the room. At first the steam was not comming inside, there was something wrong with the pressure so all the steam was comming out. I told the lady and she was able to fix it somehow and it felt very nice after that. As the gentleman mention in on of the earlier reviews about the hot water, there was also no hot water for me,therefore I could not wash all the oil off. Putting my clothes on over the oil was not a nice experience.
Now for the facial: The facial was nice however it felt too harsh. Rubbing on the face with the saint ives like scrub felt wayy too rough and was being rubbed too hard. Once again this goes back to the technique. I also would of liked to have her explain to me what she was putting on my face,when she was putting it on. Once the massage and facial was complere, the lady started cleaning the room while I was still present,sitting in the corner inside the steam seat/mini chamber. The cleaning agents used were strong and disturbing my relaxation and so was her running around all over the place trying to clean before the session was over. Of course I could of mentioned all these things upon my visit as they happened, but I came to relax, not tell people how to do their job. After further reflection,I think this information can be useful in helping toward the progress of this spa. I realy think this place has a lot of potential and I want to like them so bad, but they definitely have a lot to work on in order to create happy customers.
Things to work on:
-Get hot water in all the rooms
-Employees need to work on massaging/facial techniques.(Professional)
-Create relaxing environment with the right light and temperature settings.
-Professionalism, making sure equipment is functional prior to costumers session/no cleaning up until the customer leaves.

Been there today for early morning appointment
the massage was good but later realise no water to shower. Really awful experience to drive back without proper shower. next time plz notify on upfront if unable to fulfill the service so we may reschedule for another day..response / report this review -
