  Very disappointing. Booked a treatment which was not provided and then charged for a 60 minute treatment which was lucky to be 50 minutes of actual treatment. No manager available to discuss the issue of why it was changed and why I was not consulted.

  Nice ambiance yes but services could have been so much better.
  For the price that is paid (Manicure/Pedicure @AED165) I do not think it would qualify as value for money in any way.
  Did a Manicure and Pedicure routine which the least I can say was quite sub-standard
