Not your usual kind of spa. The place resemble a mini clinic; where there is a room full of salt like a cave where people can lay down to relax, bury their feet in salt, inhale and exhale the salt thereby. Kids are also welcome to play around as there is some toys to play with.
    Recommend for stress relief.

    7:02 pm:

In response to your reply: You are obviously very confused as I purchased this package last year (not in Ramadan time). So I don't know who you are thinking of.I purchased this package in Autumn 2020.

I did not shout nor threaten your staff but your staff were so rude that 1 lady kept ignoring me and going into the back room and walking out the shop..what kind of customer service is that? What kind of business treats their customers in that way? 1 of your staff members even went into the other room and put Quran on loudly..for what purpose? When a customer is talking to her.she is turning the Quran on? I don't believe that is the purpose of the Quran when someone is having a conversation with you.

It was not during Ramadan time so you are so confused so this shows that you are not a professional business and that's why there are so many mistakes from your end even when I booked once and received confirmation and you denied that booking as well as turning up at and no one being there. I had to report the abusive staff member to the customer support of WAFI mall even because they were so unprofessional.I've visited so many spas and places in the UAE and have never had such an awful experience but always the opposite! After everything you were still asking for money! No one told me face to face that this package has to be used in the prescribed 3 months .because all you were thinking of was money and not your value of customers!

Oh and to add this is the first review I have doneI haven't done any other bad reviewsand its not even been 3 months since this incident.so not sure who you are thinking of when you say 5 months

    REVIEW:

I didn't have a good experience unfortunately. I paid for 6 sessions and I wasn't told that I have a certain amount of time to use the package. Its written in small print but all places would inform you face to face also. So I had 2 sessions to reuse and they asked me for 140 AED just to star them up again. I found that the staff were unprofessional and rude also. Twice they booked me in and then when I spoke to them about my appointment on the day they denied the booking even though I had the confirmation and everything. Once I turned up and no one was in the shop. After I complained about all of this (as these were the the reasons my sessions were not used in the prescribed time) I thought they would recognise their mistakes and allow me to use my sessions but they were still asking for the payment. I didn't find the salt therapy very helpful either all in all.

A place far more focused on money than customer service and those places are not usually worth the fuss.

This place is the best natural solution to the allergies of dust and aircon molds here in Dubai. (Apart from getting your aircons sanitized every 6 monthssalt is a natural disinfectant for the human body). If you have irritation in the throat then this will clear it

Better to have minimum of 5 sessionswhen inside, focus to inhale as much of the sea salt through your nose for maximum effect. Worked for all my kids and me in the years before - we only needed to go back after one year to repeat.
