Really bad service, staff doesn't even know how to deal with customers.. but rooms are really nice and well maintained.

1 - Bed Size is very small. You can not accommodate child.
2 Rooms are clean
3 staff is cooperative
4 Tour Manager at receptionists is awesome and giving your very cost effective package.
5 It’s okay hotel
6 Breakfast is great

For the price the apartment size is big and spacious. Clean and nice environment. Near to Burjuman metro station. Would not suggest on food as it is not interesting better choice to order food from the surrounding area, as the hotel is in Bur Dubai, your in the middle of food place.

It is such a pleasant stay at welcome apartments 2. Grocery is near by & walkable distance from burjman metro station. They cleans your room everyday. All necessary shops like pharmacy, grocery ATM are near by. Whenever I will come to dubai, i am definitely going to book the same apartment.

Great location and facilities, friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Pretty clean and have been back as a decent place to stay and reasonable priced. Walking distance to the mall of the Emirates. Great for shopping and Dubai ski.

3 star hotel with 4 star feelings. Big rooms, good lobby and swimming pool. 120 rooms with 4 suites. It also has double room apartment, good for familys.

It's a nice place. They have a swimming pool.it has a restaurant but if you want you can order food from outside. All the room have free Wi-Fi. The rooms are clean and nicely arrange. The staff are friendly. If you ask about price it's really unbelievable cheap price compare all the hotel in Dubai. Have a great stay there.

Stay with Family for 3Nights, Near to Burjaman, Excellent Palace to stay, Breakfast was Nice, Gym basic, Swimming Pool OK, Staff Friendly especially Security Man (i forget the name) very helpful. Room clean, Overall recommended. Value for Money

Rooms are good but can be much better
Very old hotel which is renovated but flooring and bathrooms not​ got changed
You get good Indian food and service is average as there is less staff in restaurant

Great place to stay. Nice breakfast options. I was traveling with family and we were roaming around Dubai most of the time. If you're looking for a place to relax full day, this might not be the best option.

It's located in bur Dubai. The apartment are spacious 1bhks. They clean the room everyday and also change the linen. The staff is very helpful.
