Good Team from gate security to Reception, service consultants. Service consultant advises the health of your car and if any critical maintenance required your Urgent attention. The only thing I would like to point out is they should make a coffe Dispenser or a self service coffee, tea availability for customers on Fridays.

Al Futtaim are lucky that their cars are very reliable and that they depend on a global established major brand that everyone trusts: Toyota.

I just bought a 180k DHS car with them and their after sales service is terrible. Quality of local after sales staff very poor.

Pretty huge showroom. This is the ONLY car showroom that I been to so far, the front desk lady walk over to apologise that she didn't serve me when I first walked in as she was busy and follow-up with me as I browse through the cars. All the other big brands cars only serves the whites and simply ignore and walk past me.
Just for this sole reason I give this place a 5- star. If I ever decide to buy a Toyota car, I am definitely going back to look for this lady even though she is not a sales person. I will make sure she gets it recognize for her work.

The worst Toyota Showroom ever! The customer service is terrible: staff is cursing aloud, manager is depositing the cheque the day before we agreed, so I got a bounced one, thank you so much guys!

Salesperson added unwanted features to the car, so i needed to change the quotation with my bank. During the purchasing period they always wanted me to come daily just to sign those documents (DAILY!!!)

Really awful
The bank worker while showing me where to sign had a dirt under his nails, his suit needed to be changed a couple of years ago (along with his necktie), so nervous and letting me sign the docs in Arabic. That's funny, coz i don't understand it, obviously.

Comparing to other showroom it is very poor. There is no coffe machine. Everytime they are asking for engine flushing costs 399AED which is not necessary as I figured out from net. This will be the last time ro deal with Toyota.

I have only great things to say about this showroom and Mr. Prajith who actually did a thankless job of helping me understand why I must choose a Toyota. Though I did not eventually buy a Toyota, I thoroughly recommend Mr. Prajith for his courtesy, politeness, attitude towards a customer's needs and attention to every detail! Thank you, Sir!

I recently bought my first new Toyota from this showroom and i must say i was fortunate to do so.
I was lucky to have dealt with this super salesman Prajith, who runs extra miles to get his customers what they need. He was both respectful and responsive and definitely contributed in my decision to buying a car at this showroom.
Whenever you at Toyota SZR, make sure to meet him first.

Toyota was the most reliable brand until 2017 when they introduced Multi Seven Technology (CVT). C'mon Toyota i though you did not like CVT the worst technology for a car . Seems all are moving towards a car that should get damaged soon so they can sell more cars. All CVT cars are not reliable. If you say it saves petrol its a joke that we are in UAE and you spent more on CVT maintenance than any other cars.

DO NOT BUY/SELL CAR HERE!! Purchased a car from Al Futtaim, unfortunately for personal reasons had to sell a little under 3 months later and was offered HALF the price I purchased it for 3 months before!! Customer service is terrible! Had many offers on my car from various dealerships, websites and BY FAR the lowest offer was from Al Futtaim. Asked to speak to a manager and was given a phone number and told there is no manager in the branch which I could speak to face to face! Needless to say the manager did not care in the slightest when I spoke to him on the phone.

The worst customer service experience ever, purchased a car in 2016 and they failed to deliver on time, then informed me I have to pay 2017 price since delivery will be in 2017, and when i requested a refund they went for two month without refunding. Called twice to their supposedly customer care center, and after waiting for a long time i ended up speaking to an agent who went on for another 15 min of collecting information she already had and ended by telling me I need to speak to the branch. Imagine what the after sales would have been like. Incompetence!

No one is interested in selling there..they're more interested in talking on the phone I was there for over 30 mins and not a single sales person came over to enquire what I needed. All the sales assistants were busy on the phonewhen they finally got free they still didn't have the courtesy to come over..after which I approached them to enquire about availability of pre owned on which I was told we have 2 cars of the prado but can't confirm specs and it's better u see the specs online the only thing they know is color and price and year .who buys a car like that ??they also didn't have a brochure or a spec sheet for one of their fastest selling cars the prado.i felt totally disgusted for wasting my time after the visit.they deserve zero stars honestly.ifff u don't want to waste time probably better to visit any other showroom where they at least value customers.also I'm thinking how horrible after sales would be if I'm getting this treatment on sales

I have been there a couple of times when i was looking to buy a car in Dubai for the first time. The sales staff did not attend me although i was waiting for some time even though some staff was not even attending customers. When I was able to meet a sales staff member and checked about the vehicle i was looking for. Instead of explaining that he wanted to check about the vehicle i was driving at the time. When I told him that i was driving a rented car and was looking for my first vehicle, he laughed at me. Not sure what he was thinking. I turned back and excluded their cars from my wish list. Bought three cars to date, but never went for their ones.
