الغرف واسعة نظيفة و اسرة النوم مريحة .
يتوفر العديد من القنوات التليفزيونية..
يوجد لديك في الغرفة مغسلة للملابس ..
مطبخ يتوفر فيه الأساسيات..
الصالة كبيرة و طقم الجلسات كان مريحة جدا ..
خدمات التنظيف ممتازة جدا وكذلك توفير الطلبات من بطانيات إضافية..
يوجد غرفة العاملة و دورة مياه مستقلة ..

One of the most best hotels with staff always friendly and happy the food is great. If anyone is visiting Dubai for a week I would recommend it for everyone. I am always happy!

Tower Rotana is located on Sheikh Zayed Street which is convenient for shopping and Transport too many other areas nearby including Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai mall. Metro station is nearby to take you for low price to North, South or East Dubai. This hotel has limited services/facilities but some people may enjoy such arrangement for saving room cost but it isn't 5 star hotel type and for me I might choose to stay at a different hotel if I visited Dubai again.

I had ordered food in the room service. The food was good. The issue was whenever I will order and start having food the guy from billing will come in between and will start asking for bill. It was so annoying. This happened twice. Can't they wait till I finish the food.

Excellent food, great service minded staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful and polite. The rooms are nice, roomy and comfortable. Pool area and gym is great as well!

Wonderful coffee shop with two very happy and helpful young ladies who were exceptionally courteous and pleasamt and my wife enjoyed her peach croissant. Great pit stop or place to meet clients or just friends.

This is the top convenience location hotel. Right in the heart of Dubai, accessible to all the public and private transportation system.

A nice hotel. Good breakfast. Good, clean rooms. Our bathroom was an odd shape and a bit crowded fitting both bowls in and being able to reach bench space comfortably, but that I think had more to do with the placement of that particular room. Staff were lovely and helpful. The pool and gym are in a separate building. The downstairs bar/restaurant served very good food for dinner with excellent service, though as a non-smoker I wouldn't go there outside dining hours because of the cigarette smoke. They have a little shop with souvenirs and small items travellers sometimes run short on like toothpaste. All in all I liked it, it was a good price for what it offered and I would stay again.

Proactive service of the staff. "Always greet with a smile" concept. The amenities, location and transport connectivity makes this a good hotel. Rooms are also good with good views. Hello staff. Food is also good.

Great location and right next to metro stop. Hotel rooms were good size and very clean. Service was very good too. I had free WiFi also thrown in as I had a little wait for my room. Buffet breakfast was decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay downtown.

Very friendly and helpful waiters and staff. Asked for a harder pillow and housekeeping provided a makeshift pillow which worked.
Food is decent.
The free wifi is slow - 1 MB but works for most people.
Only drawback is that the walls and doors are super thin. Was placed in a room with two adjoining doors - both neighbours were noisy. I didn't ask for a room change since the first two nights things were quiet however if ure checking in try and get a room with no adjoining doors. Also the elevator noise (bell?) can be heard through the room doors. Change the doors please!

Lovely room on 18th floor with complimentary bottles of water and all the facilities. Loved the large window seat and excellent Sheikh Zayed Road view. At separated building, through the rear of the hotel, you can access to pool, gym, sauna and facilities. Towels is provided and bar near the pool area. Buffet breakfast was excellent. There's an Asian restaurant and bar if you're looking for other options. Concierge was helpful in arranging city tour and guide. Very convenient for the train with the Dubai Mall just one stop. Highly recommended!
