Very poor service ,Rooms are pathetic ,haven't changed the vessels since ages I guess ,attitude of receptionist is pathetic ,duty manager not around ,it's a horror case ,better to stay on the road ,.no no no for anyone to check in ..Mr auris owner pls re furbish the hotel asap ..pls Pls Pls .change your people ..u may not need my business but soon u may have no business .trust me .masalaama

Not very good facilities. Visitors not allowed into rooms. Couples must be married to stay together. Careful to check before booking this hotel

Very nice place with a very reasonable budget, large rooms.. In Al Rigga Street very close to the heart of the city, and near to public points, Rigga metro station - shopping malls - Airport - Restaurants Very nice and helpful staff 🤔cleaning should be improved

Hayat is a benchmark of a duty manager who is helpful beyond expectations. Her dedication is beyond just of someone being helpful. She really wants her enterprise to flourish. She is such an icon that there is no way any customer would not be loyal to Auris Hotel.

Stayed in the Deluxe suite
Pros:
Good clean stay, friendly staff, quick response to any needs, comfy silent place (in the 6th floor atleast).
Cons:
No place to hang clothes, kitchenette quite old and damaged,response / report this review -

Staff were kind and friendly, Room service was excellent and the apartment was equipped. Kitchen was equipped and had laundry. Near to Metro station, many good restaurants and a supermarket.

• Room is large but empty and dated.
• Wifi is okay but always need to restart router (at least 4 times a day)
• Counter staff is friendly
• House keeping staff is lazy, no proper cleaning
• Sound proof is weak, not easy to sleep well if you easily awake.response / report this review -

Very poor attendance to customers
We checked in and found out very ugly and dirty coffee table.
When we found out electric stove is not working we complained at 9 in morning and they attended us at 12.30pm.
All the night there is no air condition, we complained in next morning, but still no response and no work done till the night. Again no AC in night. When we complain for second day night it took them one and half an hour to send a attendant. And finally they said they can't do anything as they don't have some one to repair it.response / report this review -

“Excellent hotel & Perfect location”
Good service and friendly staff. Everything is near, the metro station, the malls, etc. clean room, good service of housekeeping. If anyone plans to use public transport this by far is the best place on the budget. Across the road are many food junctions. Rooms are good in size and clean.response / report this review -
