One of your agent "Marjorie" had received call; was helping me on finding customer details. We were in a problem of finding our relatives who was from Bangalore to Dubai in visit.
As she was not in contact since morning even her flight landed at 9:55am.
Her voice was loud and I felt horrible talking to her and no customer satisfaction.

Didn’t have a good experience what so ever.. hotel has silly rules.. respectfully people cannot go there and cannot be visited by their guests. They rent the room for other activities but respectable people cannot stay there..

Never, ever visit this hotel please. I have stayed there 2 times and both time i had really bad experiences because of the staff and the receptionist. They don't care about customers and the servants are totally illiterate. I stayed there with one of my friend and we were carrying 3 bags on our shoulders and we just about to enter the room thn eventually the room service guy snatched water bottle(bought from store) from my friend committing that we have picked it from reception and we didn't paid for it.
Both time we have stayed that shity place because of some reasons that we Don't want to. Dirty placeresponse / report this review -

This hotel has its niche. It is a budget accommodation in Karama, conveniently located by metro station. It is not the best one for families but might be good for single travellers. There are night clubs in the hotel (which some people might like) so loud music can be an issue. Rooms are acceptably clean, but they have to do something about elevators which are scary :-)

Please do not book for this hotel ever. It is one of the noisiest hotel with staffs that need to learn the fundamental principles of hospitality. Receptionist are so rude you probably don't want to face them. I called for tv repair service because it was not working but no one show up for repair. I recommend spending a little more money to get better accommodation for vacation.

Rooms need refurbishment, particularly bathrooms and carpets need lot of cleaning.
It operates 5-6 night clubs, these clubs need to be insulated with a lot more of those sound proofing interiors. They can be nuisance at night for people staying above.response / report this review -

I like this place especially the service. This time I visited Dubai after 4 years and booked in another hotel. But I left that hotel and went back to Fortune Karama.

Amazing hotel apartment with friendly staff, place where you can stay for long time considering it to be apartment and right in middle of city with meena bazaar near by also Bur Dubai near to itAlso food was good but not much western food more of IndianBut stay if you are planning from india..

Nice location and locality. Easily accessible by Dubai metro and RTA buses. Nearest metro station is ADCB station. Surrounded by many restaurants.

New management nightclub TANTRA is great. Good Srilankan Live Band is playing. Good food with all kind of meats. Hotel is also good with new management.

Visited Freddy's bar couple of timesgood ambience. Service is not upto the marks. Good for regulars. We were even denied a table by the manager. May be he felt we were not going to spend much.

The only good part is the easy access to metro. Apart from that, nothing. Not recommend! Bed bugs and noise! There is no comb and toothbrush provided. Its not mandatory but how surprising to find none in bathroom!

Decent Sports bar with a giant screen and lots of smaller screens. Also has a snooker table.
One disadvantage for football lovers is that the match commentary had been turned off.
