Hard to beat. Very convenient to airport and easy access to metro. Exceptional staff went way out of the way on our behalf providing the best possible service. Amazing pool and great restaurants on site (3 of them). Our room (a suite) was huge, spotless, modern, comfortable, and had every amenity you might need. Seemed very quiet overall, but there is a building site next door that produces some slight construction noises. No airport noise for our visit, at least. You would be hard-pressed to find a better 4 star.
It is one of old hotels but still maintained well. Mostly guests are airlines passengers whom they accommodate due to any reason. It is situated near Deira city center so you can visit that place also. This hotel has a gift shop also and is restaurant is big and good is also good
Lousiest service. The restaurant service stinks. Management could not care less. If you get into hotel at 3:30pm and go and refresh yourself in your room, by the time you go to the restaurant, it is closed. What a stupid system. If you leave the restaurant, and go for a smoke outside, when you come back, they treat you like dirt. I would never go back, but Emirates airlines seems to be held by the @$_&-
by this hotel. So we have to be given a stop over accommodation in this hotel unfortunately.
Great hotel with access to all.areas of Dubai. Close proximity to the airport with out the noise. Clear view of the sea. Service is great and value for money. The hotels in-house restaurants are absolutely great and the variety is endless.
The hotel hosts a lot of conferences and training events. The rooms are cozy and fitted well for anything required for training professionals
Went to the cafe out the front. Good was ok. But slow to prepare, especially given we were one of three small groups only in there. Also.. they give you way too much bread.
A business hotel with big rooms, a corner sofa to relax and no humidity when you enter. Free airport shuttle service is fantastic although the proximity to the airport means you are far away from most fun places in Dubai so chose this location wisely depending on what you are in Dubai for. Unfortunately the room 429 had close to no sound isolation from the room next door (TV and people taking). Also the drums and life concert outside until 10:40 PM on a Tuesday night were super annoying - unacceptable really - especially when jetlagged. I'd not stay here again purely for the lack of silence until late at night (or rather the lack of soundproofing the room). TV channels are all mixed up and there are like 800 of them so you have to do a lot of clicking to find your usual news channels. Internet is extremely slow.
Emirates provided this comfortable stay when the flight got delayed. Excellent stay with food. You could book tours. Rooms are good with spacious bed, safety vault, mini fridge, water and cosmetics. Hotel will not give tooth paste. Wifi is also controlled.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room, services, and amenities were great. In particular there is a very nice pool and several restaurants. I was a bit disappointed with the food quality at the Italian restaurant. Also, my room was directly above their nightclub venue, so on Thursday night, the start of their weekend, it was very noisy in my room.
The hotel is situated near the airport and its a busy place. As i entered the lobby , you could see a buzz of people all around. Valet parking is available and quick to assist. That was good. Had been there for a seminar and the hotel has a huge ballroom. It was elegantly set and the decor was good. Good service with smiley faces. Overall a good airport hotel with good convenience.
Good hotel and service. Our room was clean and spacious, and our bed comfortable. The only (but significant) downside is that the shuttle bus only goes every 40 minutes, which is quite substantial if you are only staying in the hotel to get some rest while in transit. We had a 10 hour layover, but because of the infrequency of the shuttle and the traffic around the airport, it took us nearly 1,5 hours to get to our beds after clearing customs (even though the hotel is theoretically only a 10 min drive away). Because of this we could only use our room for 5 hours. Would definitely consider paying more for the hotel at terminal 3 knowing this, simply so that I could spend this time sleeping and not in Dubai traffic!
Fantastic spot for a long layover. So kid friendly. Pool has a huge kids safe area. Kids playground looks great but it actually often too hot to play in. The crib cots I still have my toddler use: roomy and super clean. Its across the street from a great grocery store. Uber eats delivers. Lots of restaurants in the hotel. Comfortable and lovely landing spot. Timely shuttle. Can't say enough good things.
Rooms are basic but have everything you need. The location is right by the airport and they have free shuttles to and from the airport. The food is amazing. I was blown away by the dinner. Perfect hotel for a long layover in Dubai.
Great place to be. The pool is massive with a cool pool bar called Oasis. I had breakfast in LOUMI (buffet) which had loads of nice options. There was live cooking where the chef fried my eggs. 😆 I also tried the Cactus Latino restaurant. It was amazing! The tacos was soooo good. Finally the rooms were spacious and staff very helpful. I'll recommend to anyone looking for something nice and affordable
A convenient stopping place for one or 2 nites, with a substantial breakfast room. Rooms are large and clean. Beds comfortable. Major shopping centre 10mins by cab away. The hotel do provide a Pick Up Drop off 2 airport. The staff friendly & helpful.
A great hotel. 15 minute free shuttle from the airport. The rooms are nice and big with comfy beds. Also the staff there are very good. There is a big pool as well which is great for when it's hot outside. Recommend
Very good hotel.👌 We loved the breakfast. Clean and beautiful rooms. Metro station and airport are very near. I slept in this hotel 3 times already. I enjoyed every stay
Not at all worth the moneyold and worn out condition.
Staff is excellent, fresh barbecue near swimming was awesomechef and supervisor took care of every individual guest to their bestloved it
Great ambience. Good service. Well maintained rooms, lobbies and common areas. Hospitable staff. In room dining is a slight let down. The pool side bar is lovely.
The only good things it was close to air port.all the night long the sound of bar reached to my room
I stayed at the Executive Suit, very impressive bathroom I have to say. Overall, the hotel is old and you can notice some worn out elements but if you don't care about details its gonna be not an issue. Receptionists are friendly and patient but it can get very slow sometimes. My room wasn't ready on check in time and I had to wait for 1.5 hour to get my room ready. I had a pool view which was nice but unfortunately the balcony is locked and you cannot open it. AC is very good, not an issue at all. There are about 7 places to eat inside the hotel between dedicated restaurants and bars and some of them offer open seatings. Room service was good. Minibar is sealed. I booked 2 beds online but I was surprised by getting an executive suit offering one king size bed and when I asked for the second bed I got a very small and uncomfortable bed! I was requested to check out on time even tho I didn't receive my room on time.
Great hotel! Especially their pool area is nice. Big pool surrounded by lawns, pool restaurant/bar is good. Nice Big rooms and great breakfast. Situated perfectly for all the sites. Great for kids!
