The staff are polite, welcoming and professional. Especially the security downstairs and Ms. Olga at the gym&pool reception, thank you very much for your assistance and smile behind the mask!

The Gym is amazing, clean and full of equipments.
The pool was okay, but the sun was there around 11:30 am

The hotel really need refurbishing. For the price that they offer their are better luxury hotels in the area much better than this. Head Office should really look into the management of this location.

It is a very nice place I went over here and met the manager very humble man who really cares about how customers should be treated. The entire hotel is very quiet and peacefull and it makes you wanna just relax. There are a lot of floors and the staff is super friendly always greeting you with warmth love and affection. If I was rich I would stay in this place forever. Ok maybe not that much.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The check in manager Mohamed was wonderful. The staff of the club lounge are exceptionally good. The man who did our room was very good as well.

I spent only one night but I will come back in 2 weeks for vacation so my evaluation can be limited. Good atmosphere. Great support by the staff and attention to details. The room was clean and spacious but not very silent. I could listen music coming from another room during the night. Long check out procedures but very kind receptionists. I used the business center and rented a meeting room. Very good service and kind people as well.

Asking for late check out at 5pm. after few attempts, they finally let me even their rooms were quite packed that day i checked out (i was told so but not sure that was a standard reply to customer who ask for late check out or not).
Really appreciated that offer as our flight was 8 pm in the night. It did help a lot. Personally i want to thank that last person ( i forgot his name at 42rd floor) I requested from him the late check out.

Wonderful customer service from start to end. And my request for a room on a high floor was graciously met and plus the room was spacious with a superb view of the sea. Even went the extra mile to prepare cake for our wedding anniversary. It is these kind of gestures that makes my stay memorable.

Wonderful Hotel. Excellent Service. View from the room was incredible. Breakfast is top! Rooftop pool is great! And the place smells amazing!. Location is okay, but they have a free shuttle bus that goes to Dubai Mall so can't complain. All in all, I would stay here again!

Stayed here for the NYE. Everything was wonderful from the staff, service to the ambiance. I love how the entrance foyer always smells fantastic and fresh, perfect welcome every time we step into the hotel. The breakfast layout was amazing! So much variety and the quality of the food is great. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Although I wasn't a guest at the hotel, I must add that the staff there went out of their way to help my daughter and me out. My daughter being a professional photographer was keen on taking a pic of the Skyline and the staff made it happen!! Mr Moeen at the concierge desk and Mr Yaseer (doorman) were very hospitable!! Exceptional service gentlemen!! Kudos!!

Huge, well appointed room with a view of the Gulf. Meals were extravagent buffets. Roof top bar with a cool view of the Burj. DJ, cold beer, warm pool and shisha. Pretty fun escape right in the hotel.

Really great hotel, food beautiful and staff so helpful. Hotel is close to metro tram which is easy to access to visit all the main attractions. Glad we chose Shangri-la la. Photo is view from our room.

We had a family holiday here in 2015 and it still sticks with me the level of service and attention to detail the staff had caring for all aspects. Were first class when we required a hospital visit for our son (two at the time) and even noted his birth date and provided a surprise birthday cake to the room

The hotel was at an extremely high standard, both clean, and full featured. We wanted for nothing as the staff fell over backwards to satisfy any request.
Fabulous position, fabulous restaurant / roomservice and fabulous friendly staff.

We stayed here for 1 night to start our honeymoon and we had an amazing stay! They went above and beyond for us! Put rose petals on our bed saying "I ❤ U" and delivering cake on our room for no charge. They also upgraded us to a suite!
I highly recommend to be a horizon club member. It's free and gives you a ton of benefits!
The people working there were so nice to us and gave us an excellent service. Special thanks to Bo Bo for his very good service that made us feel very well treated

Amazing hotel in Dubai. Love the gym and pool they have on site (tennis court and squash court available). Amazing spa, super relaxing. Awesome restaurants (Chinese, Vietnamese, Moroccan etc) night club on site and IKandy bar by the pool side from 6pm good place for a low key catch up with friends. Oh they make really awesome shisha there too. Free valet parking when you're not a guest and uses any of the facilities on site. A must stay hotel if you're looking for a place to relax in Dubai.

When you want to know the true meaning of 5-star rating for a hotel, start here. Shangri-la Dubai and the chain in general has an irrefutable record of raising the bar when it comes to hospitality. We use this place for its fine dine restaurants, coffee shop for meetings and their health club for staying fit. Can't say what I would do without it.

Absolutely amazing. Stunning views of the city and the rooms were always immaculately cleaned and well maintained. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and made you feel taken care of and at home. Rooms were luxurious and spacious. Would definitely recommend!
