disrespectful and rude, my wife had a terrible facial of 40min instead of 1hr, paid full as one hour rate yet they destroyed her face!!!
extermely dirty!
I dont recommend it to anyone and will never ever come back here.

I had a really good experience at Mad Lillies. I had my appointment with Rosie. Right from greeting me into the salon to seeing me off, Rosie gave me 5 star customer service. Despite being the owner, she didn't leave me on my own and made me feel like a valued first time customer. I was very apprehensive about loosing my hair length and my hair was in bad need for a cut due to damaged hair. Its not easy to deal with me at all and every salon I have been, they get on with their job without caring much about customer satisfaction as for them time is money. Rosie on the other hand cared about how I felt. She not only stayed patient with me but also made sure that I was comfortable at every stage by talking me through everything that she was doing. People who live in Dubai know that there is nothing like customer service here. But at Mad Lillies, I was pleasantly surprised to get an excellent customer service. The lady who washed my hair (Prity) gave me a quick but effective back massage after she had finished washing my hair. It felt amazing. The lady who blow dried my hair (Desie) did an awesome job. My big wavy curls lasted 3 days. I would definitely recommend this salon. Very satisfied:-)

I came in for haircut, hair color and style. I had a great experience and their service was amazing. I left feeling flawless and my hair never felt and looked so healthy. I truly love madlillies, they are the best!!! ❤

I actually was a walk-in to the salon. I loved the customer service everyone was so polite and professional. The service provided was even better I used my exetensions from Shades Styling and Beauty Boutique super soft hair. I loved it. All in all my experience was a 10 out of 10. 😊

I had nice experience until I met the owner. Very rude and disrespectful with the clients,myself being one of them. After having an hair treatment she asked me to move out from the seat with my hair half dried explaining to me on a loud voice that I didn't pay for blow dry,just for rough dry which in her opinion this is how I should leave the salon,with my hair half dried. All this happened because they were delayed with the appointments so they had to get rid of me as soon as possible. Otherwise, the stuff is very nice and polite,providing good services. As for the owner..i won't go there anymore just because of her. Nice way of running a business :)) good luck with that!

I got acrylic gel extensions done yesterday and am posting my before and after pictures below. My experience was perfect the nail artist Mary is very talented and placed actual flower petals in a gorgeous setting on my nail which I'm in love with. And did not force me to get gelish polish gave me excellent cover with normal polish.
Very happy will be returning for other services.

Good dermalogic facial - the therapist was friendly and facial very nicely done. I recommend.
However, the hair service is not that good - stylist did exactly what I didn't want; even assuring me not to worry and me keep on saying it's not it. While showing her what kind of blow dry style I want, she left. So I continued arranging my hair.
Most staff is stone faced; not welcoming. Place is a bit gloomy with all black.
If I return it would be for the facial.

Extremely poor service and overpriced .Staff is dour faced and of substandard training. I booked a Groupon for a massage, foot reflexology and hot oil treatment. I get there and without greeting was escorted to the salon chair where I was told would receive all services. I objected and was told that I should have asked for an "in" treatment for a room. After pushback, I was taken to the wax room with its hard table and the staff, who hadn't made eye contact nor introduced herself, proceeded to apply cold smelly oil on my head and shoulders. I stopped treatment never to return here and let everyone else know about how they treat customers. There are many many other salons out there that are of much better quality and can justify their prices.
