  Had an appointment 19.15h and arrived on time. Was told to wait for 30 minutes due to delay. Agreed to come back on 20:15h - same again. Totally not acceptable and will never consider this place again as I was searching for new reliable barber shop.
  
  I guess it is due to sales pressure to accept any customer and hope the best with the time slots. The 15 minutes slots they consider for their customers are a joke anyway, hence I believe this being chaotic every evening.
  
  Absolutely no recommendation!

  Awful - cannot believe they call themselves hairdressers - booked a wash and blow dry for my daughter for NYE. Rough dried her hair to a fizzy mess , no heat spray almost pulled it all out when drying - wouldn’t even use clips instead had a girl holding her hair up and then used curling tongs? Seriously 15 mins later (total for wash and blow dry) 200 Aed - wow greed and laziness is eating up Dubai. They should be ashamed of themselves

  Staff totally ignores you if you don't look Arab or western. Waited close to half an hour even though I had an appointment and arrived 5 mins before, only to be told that I had to wait longer. Meanwhile, people arriving after me were getting attended. Worst humiliating experience ever. Staff not friendly at all anyway.

  LOVED IT! Munir took the time to consult with me and explained the process of achieving what i wanted. He didnt try to act like a magician but made me feel very secure in trusting him with my naturally (VERY) curly hair. Thank you and i WILL be back
