  Highly disappointing experience! I booked a pedicure for myself and my husband as it’s registered as a unisex salon, also as per their confirmation when I called to book.
  Once we entered to sit for our pedicure a customer started shouting why are men in the salon he must leave! When she asked the staff member the lady told my husband to move to another room! I found this really disrespectful considering it’s supposed to be a unisex salon, the salon should have told the women to move or ensure to inform all their customers it’s a unisex salon!

  Bad experiance with gelish manicure. They can not make it, after one hour all nails are in bubbles. Manager will not return money to you and just will not reply to you. It was not one time. Many times. March 2018.

  Terrible customer service, have a non working online booking system and a receptionist who is unaware of appointment making facilities. Do not try to use their online booking system as it is clearly not linked to the salon. I made an appointment for 11 am, through their own website, with a specific hairdresser only to arrive at the salon to be told I don't have an appointment and no stylists come in until 12. ( This is at a salon which opens at 10 am so make of that what you will). Avoid.

  If there is zero star I would put it ..it was very bad experienceThey burn my hair .. and they charge me for trimming my hair more than what they wrote on the services list .. i will never coming to them or recommend it for my friends
