  Aside from excellent customer service, and reasonable price, they have the best coffee as well! I really like this place. It’s relaxing here and not crowded. Staff are fantastic.

  Went to this spa evening of 2 January 2018 for a relaxing massage, and I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist and she called the therapist named Irma, as soon as I enter the room it was really dark and the smell is a bit odd, and for some reason I am not sure if Irma was tired already as when she started the treatment I first give a few minutes how is her touch and it was really so light (for baby) and I have mentioned to her I prefer strong and slow movement, and she just right away responded that their SPA if for RELAXING so her pressure is the right ONE!, (which I totally disagree as people are different) so we carry on ohh my.. the AC is so cold so I have informed her and right away again she said that's how it is 25 degree Celsius! so she didn't do anything.. the entire massage of mine was a disaster as I feel cold and was not really happy with the treatment at all, as soon as I finished the treatment I noticed the linens are very old and you can see the teared edges. This Spa needs a renovation or need to hire a good therapist as the location and view of the rooms are fantastic.

  After a long and horrible day at work i was so looking forward to come here and get my hair cut and blow dry. Everything was fine until i got to pay for my services, i got this place recommended from a friend and she told me that hair cut and blow dry is 89 so i was happy because i didn't want to spend much, then i go to pay they tell me its AED170 asked them why and she said this because i blowed my hair curly instead of straight! I told her no one even informed me that it would cost me DOUBLE to pay for it, all she had to say yea that's what it is sorry! are you kidding me? I was going home if I would have know i would have just done it straight! I've had the worst day and they only made me more upset. Normally i would argue and fight but after the day i had i just wanted to leave a get out from there, from a first timer you should make people feel welcome and happy to come back, now i just never want top step back there!
