An awful experience, be aware of the true price of the treatment before they start. Went for a conditioning treatment for hair. Was quoted a price that seemed reasonable, on completion the price was multiplied by 10 . Constant attempt to sell products during the treatment. Not even worth one star but cannot post without it. Never ever again!!!

The shop looks impressive from outside. Once you enter, they make you wait forever. The least they could do is tell customer what time to come back. Stylist lack skills, fumble and struggle to do their job. Combs falling, chatting their language loudly not respecting customer. Do think twice about trying this shop. And they tell you all sorts of grandmother stories to make you buy their products. They costs a bomb, and what you are paying is just the rent of their outlet. There are plenty other salons in JBR, choose carefully. Your hair is your crown, if they spoil it they cannot undo the damage and make your hair like before you entered the salon.

While they do a good job with your hair, I am usually waiting a long time for my appointment before and during as they try to serve multiple customers at the same time. Always trying to get me to buy more products and services which gets annoying. It's already expensive enough.

The Tunisian hairstylist was supposed to cut my hair to a long bob. She messed up so much my hair. She doesn't understand what the client wants, she is aggressive, does not listen and has no talent. She should not be allowed to touch people's hairs. Really disappointed. I had a beautiful hair and came out embarrassed to walk out on the street.
Really terrible. It was a frustrating and antagonising experience. I had asked for a senior stylist from the time I booked but for some reason I got the worst hairdresser ever.. I never in my life had someone cut hair so badly. It was like a child cut my hair with blunt scissors?! Could not believe my eyes.
I had to fix it myself. I should totally be a hairstylist!!

Did my eyelash extensions refill there. First they charged me 320drh instead of 220 after 2 weeks. I didn't make a big deal out of it cause though they did some extra job. But they all fell of 8 days later. They are cutting off on glue of smth. Very dissapointed and won't recommend neither come back

Sisters Beauty Lounge JBR is so lucky to have such a superstar stylist like Amanda !! She did an amazing job with my full head of highlights on Saturday. I'm over the moon with my colour and cut. Thank you Amanda :)
