The worst place in dubai. No system at all
Waiting for my number for more than 2 hours and ends up exhausted.

Employees are helpful but system is very bad.
Instructions on board are outdated.
The receptionist needs a lot of training about papers and requirements.

I was given wrong timelines for a Visa application, they asked for a security clearance and still they gave me wrong timeline. I have a key business meeting in 5 days and no one answers the phone or gives any kind of clear answer when you go visit.

Don't go there if it's not a life or death situation. They don't answer the phones or reply to emails. They treat their citizens as if they were criminals. Did they forget we Egyptians pay their salaries and we are the reason why they have a job in the first place? Don't these people visit other embassies or consulates and see the systems put in place for their citizens?

Rude personnel. I took an early out for work on 12nn just so i can have my visa requirements submitted. I got there 1pm for i know they were closing at 3pm. This guy on window that looks like indian dont want to accept my requirements saying they're only receiving before 12nn. I even pleased him to just receive it so they can process the next day, he shouted No! How about that! What a waste of time! Very rude person!

they will never return back the balance of your money , Just give them the required money exactly so when they as 85 Dhs for attesting give 85 Dhs if you give 100 dhs they will tell you wait we don't have change , also photocopy your stuff before going they

Service is slow while could be easily better. Would require having some queue or ticketing system. Be careful of the break time as it can causes extra delay. Good luck.

Let's clear out my whole experience. Firstly, Aged building that Egypt should be ashamed to call it's Consulate in "Dubai". Secondly, Absolutely unorganized with no proper help or signs to show you where to go or proper receptionist. Thirdly, EXTREMELY rude staff especially "Mrs. Amani" who as soon as we got in spoke to us in a rude way that's not appropriate for a person that works in a diplomatic place. Moreover, all the staff there seems to take things lightly and think it's completely alright to not give proper information or not to provide time frames as if people have nothing to do but to keep going back and forth to the Egyptian consulate. Finally, today I was very ashamed of calling myself an Egyptian after seeing such horrible service. UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL!!!

Unfortunately as all Egyptian governmental services, too much time to get your service .
The employee not on his counter for more than 10 min don't know why, and didn't respect priority Numbers.
