We went for drinks in the pool bar. The staff are amazing and remembered us after a visit 8 weeks ago. They were fabulous with my daughter and made a big fuss of her. Drinks were well made and were from their happy hour menu.
A lovely calm after the hustle and bustle of the Dubai Mall. Definitely recommended for a spot of lunch or just drinks.

Obviously the best.
I was there for a function and the food quality and the reception was amazing.
Enjoyed my time there.
Pricey but worth the experience.
Challenge ones tastebuds with the verity of different tastes and the ambiance is a plus with the taste.

Little touches in the hotel made you feel welcomed. For example the little box of chocolate in a box. Hotel room amenities are better than the average. There were 6 bottles of water, fresh fruit, nespresso, ear plugs, eye mask, shaving kit, toothbrushes etc. Number of service attendants speaking several languages available. Easy access to Dubai Mall. In room dining service was great. I ordered the Australian lamb chops. Prices were not anymore expensive than dining outside at a restaurant. The view I had from the room was rather poor though -facing the highway and I can hear cars or motorbikes speeding in the night. But I guess that's the downside I get for a hotel downtown.

There is a restaurant on the lobby level that has a buffet. Went there for lunch and it was amazing. Pretty fancy to with caviar. The desserts were also amazing I thins it's called something like na3. It is amazing. Would recommend if u dont mind splurging

Stayed here in January. The spoons in the room were never taken for proper washing because I used them for yoghurt at night and still met the wipe down stains on the spoons every time I tried to use them the next day, for 3 whole days.
Will take my own dish washing soap when next I travel.
That aside, it's a nice hotel.

Fantastic Design. Sadly the building was under fire in 2014, but it is now about to be reopened.
a wonderful contemporary design and interior design, with world class coffee shops, restaurants and lounges. the location is very convenient to see most of stunning destinations of Dubai City.
the address is becoming a renowned world's class Dubai Hotels brand.

An excellent hotel with no doubt. I spent a week over here and the experiment is just amazing. I was offered this cake for anniversary and gifts which made the experience truly unforgettable.

It is a very nice hotel and it has big beautiful rooms and it has a very fantastic restaurant which is called “Na3Na3” . This hotel is linked to The Dubai Mall and you can move easily to the best shopping mall in the world with your family . I do not recommend to use their meeting rooms or business center rooms as the events management there do not communicate well with the clients.I personally have a very bad experience with the event management at this hotel .

Amazing, beautiful hotel attached to the Dubai mall. We sat outside at the bar by the pool and enjoyed a beautiful view. The drinks are about $20/ drink but that's common for Dubai.

We are here today at The Address Dubai Mall, due to a massive fire in a building next to ours. We were evacuated from our apartment for the day while the fire is being contained. My wife and I, had to run down 38 floors from our flat in a rush and we didn't take our credit cards but only the small cash we had in our pockets, as we weren't allowed to go back to our flat, we decided to go and wait in The Address Dubai Mall for the time being while we wait for the authorities to contain the fire. We want to deeply thank EMAAR and all the team of The Address Hotel because they took care of us offering us free juices, pool acces, free food and more . I can tell you all that it is a real blessing to be so well taken care of by all their staff members. We have been residents in the UAE for 10 years and i strongly recommend The Address hotel Dubai Mall to any guest who wishes to have a relaxing stay in Dubai. Once again a very big thank you to all The Address team for welcoming us and offering such care especially that they weren't obliged at all to offer us such great comfort. Julien & Wendy .

Very bad experience.
I have been to all the hotels with Burj khalifa area but this was a nightmare.

I stayed 3 nights and I was disturbed at the 3 nights.

I am giving the 2 stars for 2 reasons
One star for the location where it is connected to the mall. The second star for the restaurant and quality of the food. Other than this, it's a bad choice.

Very Bad experience
Room was not ready
My bags was lost for 45 min!!
My keys were not working in 2nd day
It took them more than 10 min to get me a key!!!
Aaaaaand DND button is not working !! Kept receiving door bells all mornings waking the family up (including my infant baby who kept crying) !!!!
Totally does not worth the thousands of Dirhams i payed !!!
And all what they can offer was : sorry sir!! Get access to whatever club for free drink ! (Which is already included with my room price in the first place!!)
I recommend going to any other hotel to have pleasant time and peace if mind.
