This is by far one of the most smoothest rental car companies I have dealt with in Dubai. Hamza an employee of Uptown Rental cars was so professional he made us feel like the cars where ours. Instant replies to messages at 1am and all our requests met I am extremely satisfied.

Rented a 2018 Nissan Patrol, car was clean and in super condition. Ashish was extremely helpful and polite in the pickup and drop off process. I would highly recommend them for renting a car in UAE. Great service at a reasonable price.

Their customer service is excellent. They love their job and do their work with full dedication

They are not very expensive.
Just give a call to them, then your requirements with regards to your rental solution is resolved.

Very good customer service, very helpful and patient especially Motasem. I highly recommend this company, they have a whole range of luxury cars. I rented out the G-Wagon AMG spaceship in and out. Really nice car and experience, made my holiday worth it, reasonable price as well. I definitely be using this company again.

Scam firm that lurks you of the deposit be careful especially for NAZ. We agreed to pay 7500 AED for a Mercedes G63 and a Ferrari 438 Spyder and pay 20 000 AED deposit for the cars that we would get it back after 30 days. Now after three months we have still not received back our deposit and so claim now that we had to pay 18 000 AED only for the Ferrari because they have cheated us on our deposit money so be careful for this company.
