  I have been using this company for a variety of repairs from AC, electrical and underground water pipe repair on my aging villa. I have received outstanding service ever single time. I would highly recommend Spectrum to anyone here in Dubai. I really can not give a higher review. Very professional team of workers at a good price.

  This is the best maintenance company in Dubai, I used them last year to paint my villa and for various handyman jobs and they did an amazing job. Today I called them to do some plumbing work in the toilet and for unblocking the kitchen sink drainage. They are very punctual, professional, efficient and clean. They did the job perfectly. I would highly recommend for any maintenance work.

  I have been using their maintenance services for few years now and I am very pleased as to have found Spectrom amongst the many maintenance services which I have tried.
  They are professional, experienced and charge reasonably. Their staff is very polite and always make sure they leave you satisfied with the issue resolved.
  Definitely recommended.

  Amazing Service, I have used these guys of the past year for several things including repair of my AC Unit, AC Cleaning and General Electric work. Their engineers are very professional and polite and best of all, they come on time! They covered surfaces and tidied up before they went for lunch.
  
  Organising appointments is also a stress free task and very competitively priced for a proper job.
  
  Highly recommended.

  extremely unprofessional staff. I literally asked them to change a lamp for me as I don't have a ladder, and to hang a mirror on the wall.
  
  1- they weren't wearing their masks properly. I repeatedly asked them to wear their masks, they cover their nose for 5 seconds and I turn my back they remove it.
  
  2- the didn't have proper SCREWS to hang the mirror. they had to keep trying and changing the screws till one of them worked.
  
  3- they put their tools and drill on a leather seat that I only just received two hours before they came and they left marks on it. when i told the guy to be careful, he smiled.
  
  4- I understand that drilling causes dirt to fall on the floor but decent companies get a small cover to make sure they keep the place as clean as possible. THEY DIDN'T, THEY ACTUALLY DRILLED ON TOP OF THE NEWLY BOUGHT LEATHER SEAT.
  
  5-they didn't have a lamp with them although they came to change the lamp for me. I specifically asked the call center if they will get the lamp she said to me "they have all the necessary tools and equipment". she didn't mention to me that I should get the lamp myself.
  
  6- they went to "three supermarkets" to find me a lamp. they got the most expensive lamps (they bought 2 for no reason) and it was the wrong size. they said the one i want is not available and that they checked 3 supermarkets, although near my house there is ONLY ONE supermarket.
  
  7- they smiled and tried to convince me to keep the lamps. then I became furious ( as I’m paying 130AED for 2 simple tasks) and they are still convincing me to bring them another day for the lamp provided I buy it myself.
  
  8- when their so called "manager" called me to know whats happening, I explained to her ALL THE ABOVE POINTS, her ONLY concern was, and I quote "So you're not going to pay???". I told her I will gladly pay when the service is done properly. and again, she wasn't apologetic at all, she was actually challenging me and explaining that these are normal things that happen.
  
  briefly, this is the worst company you can work with. the worst customer service. the worst "manager". I wouldn't even call them if I were you!
