  I'm shipping items to different destinations since 22 years now and this company AlFares is one of the best companies I dealt with. Fast response, excellent follow up and outstanding quality of services offered by their staff especially Hajer AlShouky. I highly recommend this company for everyone.

  Needed the service to return our vehicle from UAE to Oman as a result of border closure. Impressive. Process was explained fully through email and later via Whatsapp. Procedures were carried out as discussed. Was able to be in contact with the driver on a few occasions while the vehicle was in transit. Would be much more confident about using the service again.
  
  Only area for improvement might be to provide the owner with a means to track the vehicle's transport on a "live" basis. We are asking for a personal vehicle of significant value to be moved here so being able to closely monitor its journey "live" would be most reassuring.

  I recently used AlFares shipping services and had a very positive experience. Mr. Muhammad Ai was the employee handling my request. He was professional, responsive, helpful and very friendly.
  
  I got my stuff shipped so fast and door to door service. I highly recommend the service and dealing with Mr. Muhammad Ali.

  I completed my studies in Australia and needed to ship personal belongings from Melbourne to Dubai. Ms Hajer was a tremendous help in arranging the shipping documents and collection and kept me informed throughout the process. I was very pleased with her responsiveness to my queries considering the time difference. Furthermore, the boxes and bags were delivered to my doorstep in Dubai and none of contents were lost or damaged. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Al Fares cargo services to others.

  AlFares Cargo Service & Clearance are professional and exceptionally responsive! They genuinely care and follow up to make sure you are happy with there service even after delivering!! I used the team three times and on all three occasions my personal belongings were shipped via Dubai to Melbourne , Australia safely and within the time frame discussed and in a professional manner. It's nice to know that even after the delivery they follow up and make sure you are happy with the end result! - Further to this it was easy to stay in touch and get a quick response from the team to follow up and track how things were progressing. I would highly recommend the team :)
