  Veryy disappointing experience it was ..
  1) first of all i spoke to their manager before booking regarding the upper deck but there wasn't any arrangement for 8 people there.
  
  2) food was served cold ..
  
  3) staff is not professional at all .. they were not ready to accept their mistake.
  
  4) lower deck was quite suffocating..it was too crowded.
  
  NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ITS JUST A WASTE OF MONEY.

  Very poor service and staff not professional. Quality of food not acceptable. Only dance is nice. Booking time they promised us to give the seat at upper deck but on the cruise they didn't allow us to sit there.

  Ultimate experience,good food.The food was as good as hunger was.Very friendly and nice staffs.Enjoyed a lot ,hope to return once again.Star Al Manal Cruise was a good experience.

  We got a deal for 40 aed per person cuz we were 5 people. It was good. Food was nice. Shows were fine too.
