They book and confirm then last minute cancel at night. You have to scramble for following day to find a cleaner. They have done this 3 times. Or a cleaner who just cleans around items and streaky windows. Doesn't follow instructions. Cleaner left 25 min early.

We had Justine and she is hands down the best cleaner I’ve ever had. So fast, friendly and good at her job. Booking by WhatsApp is also super easy!

Extremely unprofessional, we have agreed with them to use 1 specific cleaner on a weekly basis as my parents are older and require the support, the switched the cleaner the next week, canceled last minute the week after that and for the 4th week decided not even to inform us that no cleaner will be coming after they confirmed they will come! Very unreliable and a pity to have such companies pretend they are taking care of peoples homes!!

I have now used VR Cleaning and Technical services several times and have to rave about their professionalism and quality . My family moved into an apartment recently that was in serious need of deep cleaning, along with several plumbing and carpentry issues. Not an ideal situation with a baby in the house! Master VR did a brilliant job of all of these, deep cleaning the whole place, disinfecting the AC ducts, fixing plumbing issues. All done in a professional manner, on time, and to a high quality. Special shout-out to Jeff in their Customer Service team, who has been absolutely brilliant and beyond helpful in his responsiveness and readiness to find solutions. Cannot recommend enough, VR are my go-to for any future issues.
