Very good and cheap hotel. Far from metro for 10-15 minutes walking but for me it's not a problem. Was been alone in 2-person room. Very cute, really, thanks!
We stayed at the Reflections for one night. It was great for a day to get some good shut eye (sleep). The manager Mr. Surendra allowed us to check in at 10 AM even though we made our reservation online. From my understanding early check in times are only granted to people who book directly with the hotel. The room is small but has a balcony. The fridge works perfectly. It made our water really cold. 👍🏿 There is a window with built in blinds separating the bathroom and bedroom. We stayed in the London room. It’s a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the Al Jadaf metro station on a cool night. The C04 bus stop is a 1-2 minute walk in front of the Shaklan grocery store which is located to the left of the hotel facing the road. There is also a restaurant that has an open 24 hour sign (to the left of the hotel). We didn’t eat there but we did visit the grove store to buy water. It’s a conveniently located hotel. Also, there’s a shuttle that goes to Dubai Festival City Mall which includes pickup and drop off.
The hotel is well located in the middle of the city. Downtown Dubai and old Dubai are both very accessible as long as you have a car. The hotel has quite a few restaurants nearby. Has a supermarket in the next building. Staff is friendly. But they do bother you at check out time so bear that in mind. Over all good value for money. We stayed for almost a month and we're visiting for business.
Hotel is excellent
Room service is perfect
House keeping department is very nice.
Mr. Ijaz and one Sirilanakan guy Dhurshman (Name is not sure) is highly appreciated.
Buffet serving guy is also very humble.
But delux room is very small and laundry is too much expensive.
No kitchen even sink to wash some food.
This hotel failed to provide customer satisfaction. we booked this hotel because we want to enjoy our EID holiday and planning to use the pool unfortunately they didn't inform us ahead or no any notifications on agoda app that this is currently under maintenance. This would be our first and last in this hotel and would dif not recommend.
My review in many different aspects:
Location; it's so far from my place in albarshaa it took me almost 30 minutes to reach there I think it's better to spend all day there. At noon I was at the outlet village but next time I would go in the morning so I can be at the park as it opens.
Price: 150 for the admission and the show (jan ) it's good although I speak no Urdu but I really enjoyed the show
But maybe I would prefer if they have told it's will be in Urdu.
Website: not informative at all of what the park is, people reviews helped me allot.
Parking: after 6:00 p.m free in the visitors area while in VIP it's 150 Durham
I prefer the visitors parking for 20 Durham then I reach the park by the tram so I can take an idea about the other parks.
*** there are many restaurants, and small shops
Sadly it close so early at 10:00 p.m.
Very Clean rooms but really small. As we had two bags to keep inside the room there was not enough space so we changed for a suite by paying additional. Spent five days on business, but suffered as the pressure of water was very low and a little water was coming from the showers. The breakfast was good. This hotel has only one restaurant, and limited choice of food for all meals.
I had a great stay. Very convenient. Although a lot construction around the area it did not bother me. Warm welcome and very affordable. Room was comfortable. Food is okay.
Hotel is very nice. Staff is very helpful & cooperative. Away from busy city, but in heart of Dubai. Easy access to cabs availability. Rooms are small, but elegant, neat & clean. Best value for money
Good hotel with a little less staff
Rooms are superb!!!
I had a lovely stay!!!
Rooms have stunning view of Dubai skyline and the legendary Burj Khalifa.
Breakfast is served till 10:30 am
Flexible in terms of late checkouts.
Will definitely consider staying here again if needed.
We went there for Christmas. It was very comfortable and nice place. Personnel was profesional, very kind and friendly. Good location. Breakfast was fine. It was a pleasure to spend time there for us.
Bad location and house keeping service
I got out the whole day and when return back to my room, I found it dirty as I left it. In addition, I need to call more than one time to have a house keeping service
Also the bed sofa in suite was very bad and room was narrow, food and internet were horrible
Really bad choice
I lived here for 5 nights. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The breakfast served everyday morning is amazing. The room service is great. It is a treat value for money since you would not get a 4 star hotel at this rate. However, the rooms may have termites or cockroaches. Also the room is a little small and may get clumsy if it's on a triple sharing basis.
Nice boutique hotel, small rooms, about 15mins walk from the metro
The food is not good, but the neighbouring cafe delivers to your room, which is your best option for decent food. The water has two temperatures: Nice for a bath ("cold") and OMFG TOO HOT STOP IT! ("hot"). Staff is friendly. Man I hate the fire alarm testing. The process takes forever and makes it impossible to sleep. Would not return unless forced to.
One of the best budget hotels in Dubai. Easy access for all corners of Dubai. Parking is not a well build one but compared to the well built parkings of Dubai city, I thought this was much better. Never have to look for parking
No friendly service, lights not working, room small and not real clean. you have to pay directly the complete stay the moment you check in ???? hotel is compare to the pictures disappointing.
Nice neat and clean rooms, friendly staff and room service. But there is not a lot to do in the area. All around you you'll find construction sites etc. Maybe will be better in a year or 2. Would not recommend if you are travelling with children as there is nothing to do for them. Also quite a distance from the malls.
