The hotel is superb!
Lovely service and room. The rooms come with complimentary breakfast!
Situated in a very good location - Barsha Heights.
- The hotel is close to a metro
- There is a park behind it, where you can sit
- There is a sitting area by the side if you just want to be outside the and
- There is a convenience store if you need to get somethings.
I had a lovely view of the city from my room.
The staff are responsive and promptly attend to emails.
Note 1000 for the entire team that works at the hotel, they provide excellent service!
An Apart hotel, very well located, close to the metro, with a great view.
For those who don't like noise, I don't recommend it, because it's very close to the mosque, which has the call to prayer.
The structure is excellent! The kitchen is complete, the bed is super comfortable and the bedroom is cute.
The pool is small but good for relaxing.
It has a complete gym, excellent, with all the equipment, very well structured.
I just checked out of the first central hotel. About this hotel and its staff, there are several advantages and disadvantages. I stayed in this hotel for a month, and my experience was disasterous. I can't elaborate more about this hotel because sometimes people need to experience bad things. If you choose to keep this one, I hope you enjoy it. If they even care to read reviews, just fix those wet, damaged walls.
It’s quite budget hotel, however it is outdated and not well maintained! Due to kitchen appliances almost in every room, there are specific smell. Try to find better another options, for example if you are looking some place in this area within a budget, you can choose Golden Tulip hotel. Used to stay there for couple week, prior moving to this place!
The hotel is fantastic and very clean. Carrefour is close to the main entrance, and the mosque and metro station are also nearby. Everything was fine during our 20-day stay. The hotel restaurant is excellent, the pool is nice and clean, and the housekeeping staff are friendly and professional. I really recommend this hotel
I chose First Central because it was close to my work and a little cheaper than the other apartment hotels in the area. You get what you pay for I guess. Far from an apartment, what I got was just a large hotel room. The sofa was not in a useful place and never got uses and the kitchen was of limited use.
Also don’t bother paying the extra fee for a good view. There are no good views in this area of Dubai. My “good view” was of the hotel next door and the majority of rooms do not come with a balcony.
Also be aware this is a dry hotel (no alcohol), I wasn't’t bothered by this but some might be.
Make sure you ask for a non-smoking floor as the default is to put you into a smoking room and they stink of smoke obviously.
Excellent hotel, value for money. Clean hotel and well maintained. Secure and a decent location. Only problem I had was at check in. I phone before I turned up would my room be available straight away? They confirmed immediate availability.I turned up and reception staff said I would have to wait as they have nine Russians waiting before me pointing to there passport. Annoyed and fuming I explained to her I phoned 5 minutes ago and they confirmed my room would be available immediately. If it was not available I would have stayed with family in Dubai not turn up at the hotel to wait for a room! After my explanation she sorted a room straight away.
Would I stay here again? Yes
Great value for money. I stayed in the studio room which included a fridge, two hobs, and basic cookware. The room size was pretty good, bathroom was done up and had a bathtub. The free WiFi is good and the hotel is walking distance to the metro. Breakfast is a bit chaotic since it seems like a small space for the number of guests, but good selection of fresh food. There's a small rooftop pool with gym and sauna, full views of the city. Don't think you can get the same level for the same price in this part of town.
Awesome hotel suites and excellent views of Dubai over the city. Not too far from the airport and facilities and tourist attractions. Central in fact so for us it was really well positioned. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms and great staff and awesome service. Khalid is always very friendly and helpful and efficient and will go out of his way to go the extra mile. What an absolute gem 💎 to have. We loved it and quite a bit cheaper than some of the other hotels we have stayed in but still offering all we needed. Close to the Internet City Metro within walking distance and so very convenient to get everywhere you need to go. JGT
Staff were not great but a very nice hotel to stay in. I would stay there again.
The hotel biggest problem is cleanesness. Breakfast buffet place not able to hold all lodgers and there is waiting line. The rest it's ok, reasonable for this price
Stayed for 5 nights and my booking was cancelled when I arrived, not their fault was the agents but since we got there at 5am they were able to gave us a temporary studio apartment for a few hours and we moved on the double classic suite was nice very accommodating. Area is good. Gene the concierge guy is very nice man. The Filipina receptionist was very approachable. I would recommend it and will stay again there as well.
I would say that only friendly staff makes this place nice. Another good think about the hotel it is location. Room wasn't clean well, the mini kitchen that's cover all requirement wasn't really clean, the cups was very dirty and I not sure if ever was washed with a soap or so. Breakfast buffet so so, bad coffe. Tourist services offered by the hotel much more expensive from another places, same for car rent. In my opinion it's not deserve the cost we paid. In case it's would be cheaper I can say it's ok. Actually, friendly staff is only at reception, as at gym and swimming pool floor they didn't guide us what do they have and which facilities we can use
Not words to explain how wonderful experiences I am living at this hotel. I recommend 100%.
Friendly staff, good internet,
BUT
Very small Breakfast area which is waste of money and you have to stand in line feels like a begging line.
Old and worn out furniture and very low room lighting makes you depressed.
Noisy sometimes, smelly and old towels.
Not worth the money.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The accomadation is awesome and the rooms are nice, tidy and well maintained.
Nice place with busy breakfast area and a little boring swimming pool. Does anyone know why the swimming pool is so cold when it's nice warm outside? It's unpleasant to be inn cold water!

One of the good hotels I booked in, good place nice rooms helpful staff, the only negative thing is the restaurant
Amongst the Tecom district’s super-highways and gleaming skyscrapers, this sleek high-rise hotel is 5 km from both the vast Mall of the Emirates and the indoor slopes of Ski Dubai.
Upscale studios with city views and Arabic or European decor feature kitchenettes, flat-screen TVs and Internet access (fees may apply). Refined apartments add separate lounges, kitchens and bedrooms. Some quarters have balconies.
Breakfast (surcharge) is served in a polished top-floor restaurant with city views. There’s also a casual cafe with a terrace. Other amenities include a fitness center and a rooftop pool. Parking is free.
Great hotel. The staff are friendly. The hotel also has free wifi for guests as well as an outdoor pool. The food in the restaurant is also amazing.
Hotel can be good and in same moment no good. Need look what you need, what you aspects, what priority you need. Good: hotel location, price, rooms size, some staffs. Bad, poor: room cleaning, bedlinen fresh/clean, staffs who cleaning rooms.
I am with family stay many times there, because for me good location and when stay longer, can get discount. But I think, rooms very not clean. Some towels very old and look like not clear and feels no esthetic, no comfortable. In rooms old furniture and bed, pillows very dirty. Pillows covers in siting room no clean, with spots, dirty - it is very bed. Furniture, all staffs can be old, but must be clean.
Good hotel , close to metro and food outlets, provides transportation from hotel to certain malls
A good three star hotel. Relatively inexpensive.
Ideal stay for a week stay in Dubai. Rooms are equipped with stove and kitchenware. Personnel was very nice and helpful. I only regret they keep on asking you to fill in a trip advisor recommendation after asking you if you are happy about your stay. The surrounding of the hotel is still very much under constructions so do not expect a calm, cosy and peaceful environment outside. The pool is small and get easily crowdy. The gym is big enough and you can enjoy a great view over the city. Breakfast is decent with an omelette chef who listens to your needs. Conclusion: a very enjoyable stay.
Its a nice, clean, upscale place very near to palm and malls. Breakfast is arabic and continental. Nothing to complain.
Good location. Rooms were decent with stove top and mini fridge. They refilled our water bottles twice a day which was nice. The only issues was a slight smell in the hotel and 1 worker harassed me about having a room there but didn't attempt to ask anyone else. Even after I answered that I was a guest and showed him a room key he kept trying to get my room number then followed me. I told him I dont feel comfortable with giving him my room number and finally took him to the front desk.
