A very average hotel, the rooms smells of mould, the furniture is old and outdated needs reparing. Loads of dust in the room. I stayed in the Junior suite, the size of suite was fantastic. There was a jacuzzi which dis not work, there was a printed paper sruck on wall saying that it does not work which was really funny. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The water pressure was like sitting under a dry tap waiting for water to drop. The bathtub shower had hair stuck on it. Overall was not happy, extremely old property with no details noticed, the lights in the suite were really low on intensity and felt as if they were there to make us sleep. Lot of things needs to be fixed. We had total of 3 rooms there for 1 night. We will surely not return.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Best location in RAK. One very important highlight is there is perfect Spa in the hotel. Professional therapist doing very good massage. Also the decoration is 5 start standard!

The location is great! There is a mall nearby, salons, restaurants.. anything you need just about a block away! It has a lake view, very eye catching. There is an adult pool alongside a kids' pool. next to it is playground for kids. The hotel itself offers many restaurants but they close around 1AM. You can also enjoy a gym when you stay at the hotel. The hotel is not noisy nor is the street. The windows have safety measures which is good if you have children; you can crack open the window to a certain extent not fully. The staff are very friendly and finish paperwork quickly.

I'm very disappointed with their housekeeping service! They had kept only 2 tea bags in the room and refused to give more than 2 more!!
And I drink strong tea.
