  A very good apartment hotel in the center of Dubai, in Al Barsha area. Mall of Emirates is also nearby. Cleanliness is good, although, some furniture needs updating. They have a dedicated router for each apartment and internet speed is good enough. Metro station (Sharaf DG) is right in front while the bus stop is to one side of the hotel.

  The apartment was clean , and spacious, they have a nice pool , its close to the metro station, They price was good, Staff were really helpful and friendly
  
  Only downside wifi was not working at all in the rooms only in the lobby

  Why is the Gym never open! I am very happy with this hotel otherwise, but this is my second long stay and AGAIN the gym is closed. Guests find this very inconvenient in the middle of summer to not be able to have a place to work out.I will have to reconsider next time I stay as having no gym take this hotel from potentially being Excellent to being disappointing.
