Nice location in Tecom in Tecom if you have a car, quick access to major highways. Free parking available. Quiet hotel. Service is good.

Disgusting place and very bad management company called HAP owned by a fraud people. Unclean rooms and very old furnished items. Very expensive for a very avarage hotel quality.

We just move today ..building and room is nice but Disgusting bathroom and open shower no any shelf inside to put anything on thy!!some holes behind the sink and AC noice OMG!make me scared.

Perfect Apart-hotel. High quality apartments, very well equipped. Very good Spa center, though the pool is small. A nice restaurant and enough parking spaces. Staff is very kind and professional.

Absolutely stunning lobbies and rooms. The staff is very polite and accomodating. Everything is exactly same as shown in the images displayed online. Room interiors very nice.

Clean rooms and very good value compared to others in the area. Well finished even if some of the furniture is a little old fashioned.

Really clean and cozy rooms and toilets too. Each day towels were changed.
Basic kitchen amenities like frying pans, coffee maker/water heater are NOT available; utensils were unpaired fork knives, broken plates, etc.
Studios do not have oven so be aware of that and also customers doesn't know POOL are segregated between men and women :- this you have to inform all customers, therefore daddys won't enjoy pool with family.
The front desk for most didn't take down orders attentively and weren't really informative or helpful at all times.response / report this review -

I really enjoyed this hotel. It has a good location by the Marina area and decent views. The rooms are nice and have kitchen equipment.
