It’s really difficult to find the hotel since there’s a lack of clear signs and even google maps wasn’t very helpful here (sorry buddy). The room smelled funny and the gym was poorly equipped, the machines were all operating though. The breakfast buffet was ok but not exceptionally good. Almost no services at the beach area, the whole place needs urgent renovations, including the swimming pool.

Duty manager arabic guy extremely gentle with all guests especially with us will come back because of him . hotel need new hotel

There is not a single sign outside the building with the name of the hotel. You have to just trust Google maps. There are no valets to park your car or doormen to help with the luggage as in other 4 star hotels in the Emirates. There was no bellhop to show us the room. Room are numbered in a strange sequence with every odd number on the opposite side of the building. Not very clever or convenient. The doors did not open with the card, even after repeated attempts by the tech guy. He finally used a master key to let us in. Rooms are large and gaudy. Few guests, no pool, spa or anything to do. All you can do is sleep.
The place is ideal to shoot a 70s horror movie.

Hyper crazy front desk staff from booking I have requested for kingsize bedroom then I call 2 hour before checked in and once I reach they said Sir u Requested for twin.. the resort name is written something else outside so don't get confused.

Room service is very late to bring orders and there is something missing in the order. It takes long time ringing the phone until they pick it up. Lunch and dinner buffet is very poor.
