My daughter wanted short term transport and I remembered Hertz. Google told me their nearest branch is only Kms. away in the Motor city. Sharp at 8 am I was the first customer and an officer was ready to serve me and my requirement. I drove back happily Alhamdulillah.

Made renting a car very simple. Got a Toyota Yaris. It was the cleanest rental I have ever used. There's lots of parking in the mall it's attached to and a few restaurants close by if you wanna have some food too

Rented a car from there for one day they had good customer service and the return process was smooth.
I didn't like the fact that they had to block an amount on my credit card and will only unblock that amount after a month from returning the car.response / report this review -

Bad customer service. I called multiple times and on different dates with no response. They are not so helpful. Overpriced and they do not give you the option to pay your tickets.

friendly staff but the entire transaction was impersonal/explanations of documentation rehearsed/on repeat. it's like they know what they're doing but are bored doing it. they just want your signature and for the transaction to be completed.

When I rented a car from the DWC airport branch they were good, but when I went to return the car after one month to motor city branch, it was a very bad experience. The guys started checking the car in a very strange and scrutinizing way like they were aiming to find something wrong! That was the first time in my whole life I see anybody checking a returned car like that. The guy asked me did you smoke in it? I said no and I don't smoke!! I used it with with my family only. He said I smell smoke! I said that is coffee my friend not smoke!! Look the coffee cup is still in it, he said oh I see. Then he called his colleague and talked to each other and decided that I should pay 150 AED for dry clean, guess why?? It was a small dry coffee spot on one of the back floor mats. I said my friend I have used this car as a family for a month so you should expect some small things like that anyway, I will clean it myself. Then he decided to waive it this time only and next the he will not!!! I would be stupid to deal with them for a second time! It was like bad experience to be treated like that
