Very nice accommodation, peaceful and soothing. Very cooperative staff. Specially Mr Tamer Tamam at reception desk and Mr Sonu at Breakfast lounge made our trip very comfortable. My all appreciation to the management. Fully recommended

We spent a wonderful vacation 6 days with hawthorne suite by wyndham . As always the service at the hotel was amaizing. Special thanx to Mr.indika and mr walid duty manager from reception.they are very efficient and friendly.indika helped us a lot and he always ready to help for peoples.mr kiyas from housekeeping he was cleaning our room very perfectly and given good service like a supervisor and mr sonu from restaurant when we went for breakfast he was smiling and welcome to us.in the pool and breakfast time he was working busily.

Good points : Comfortable beds, massive suite, great staff, very nice breakfast, close to the beach
Downsides : View from lower rooms not good
Not sure of : Public transport access but plenty of restaurants close by. Didn't use hotel restaurant

Really nice service but the room was very dirty. For the biggest room in the hotel I expected a much cleaner and better room. It felt like the room wasn’t cleaned before we came in. No way I would think of coming back to this hotel after this disappointing experience

Impressive, excellent location, close to the beach and the tram which easily connects to the metro.
The breakfast is a bit stagnant though

Great place to stay. The apartment rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are welcoming and friendly. They look after all your little needs. Location is great- close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would come back again here :-)

Absolutely horrible ! The staff here is incompetent at best , I didn't feel like a valued customer at the restaurant. I spoke with the manager and the manager assured me everything will go better the next time .
The next day, I asked for an order of eggs by the chef; I waited about 15 minutes the food was cold and it was the wrong order. the manager was nowhere to be found . STAY AWAY FROM HERE try the sheareton or the Hilton

Service is awesome :) friendly staff. luggage is taken from the car up to your room. dates, tea and OJ while u wait in the lobby. The rooms aren't full hotel like. There isn't the full set of hand towels, face towels. The interiors are interesting colour scheme. Touch light switches are nice, and the pull down rail in the wardrobe is a great idea! :) complimentary water, and a nice selection of tea (green, Earl Grey and English breakfast).

After a 17 hour flight from Auckland we arrived early at the hotel (0730) and asked if it was at all possible to have access to our room earlier than 1500 and could we leave our luggage in a safe area until the room was ready. A few minutes wait whilst Bhushan, the Duty Manager checked out room availability and and he offered a choice of two rooms for which we were extremely grateful. The room we chose was large and airy. During our six day stay, we could not fault any of the services offered, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Location is well recommended for access to both Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marinaand its restaurants. We would both stay here on our next visit.
