worst experience with call to reception(male guy). 3:18 pm 02-May-2018, not cooperative at all. nearly abusing. you should not have to employ such people who don't even know how to speak with guests and how to respond random calls. (+971 2 813 1999). I need someone from hotel management to reply to my review.

Location is ideal for the people coming specially to attend any events in ADNEC. 5 minutes walking distance from ADNEC. Zoom grocery shop is just next to it. Calm and quite atmosphere. Its like a 3 star economical hotel. With different facilities like swimming pool, gym etc. But on the other hand you need to carry you toiletiers like comb, brush, toothpaste etc with you or they are available for some price, I would orefsr to carry mine because I knkw my brush and toothpaste brand well. Rooms are good like others 3 star hotels. Children and families are welcomed. Wheelchair acces and feee basement parking is available for customers. Vallet parking parson is bit far from road but he is quite active in identfying vehicles to be taken. Last but not least friendly staff.

All you need from a hotel and super reasonable prices. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very friendly. Swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. Good restaurant fro snacks or meals. Centrally located. Would go back. Bonus is free basement parking.

Very good for family with kids. Sufficient parking available. Baby bed available free of cost. Room service is good. Swimming pool is maintained and clean with life jackets and full time life guard. A very calm and quite place. Supermarket is available near by for fresh food and other consumables. Always check in bookings. com for best rates for this hotel.

An entirely British haven in a foreign country. Great hotel for working in country but won't exactly wrap you in the country's culture.

Air con and heating works well in rooms

Stayed as family of three in the family room which was smallish but adequate, clean, with comfortable beds, quiet. Very nice full English breakfast buffet. Very friendly and professional staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Free parking in the underground garage. Takes 20 min of easy drive from the hotel to the downtown/Corniche. They also have a nice Costa coffee shop right next to the reception, so very convenient to load up with coffee and snacks before embarking on day's journey.

Good place for a short stay. I missed my flight and needed a place for a day so it worked out perfect for me. Room was small but nice and clean and can't go wrong with $60 a day

Didn't intend to spend the 12hrs in the Premier Inn, only our outgoing flight from Manchester was delayed. Was really well looked after, food and service very good and would have taken advantage of the pool if not for having access to our bag. Overall good experience shame cannot be said for how the flight operator dealt with the delay.

Rooms are basic but functional. Walls were thin, and sound from surrounding rooms carried. Restaurant had a good buffet breakfast, with friendly and helpful staff.

Affordable, clean and cozy. It's located at a great place and accessible to the rest of the city. If you're looking for a short stay and tour in Abu Dhabi, this place is good enough and will not hurt your budget.

It is one of the best hotels to spend the night in. Great for families as they always provide you with extra bed.
Usually, the bedroom has a king size bed, two or one sofa bed and one extra bed hidden under the big one.
Their service is great and the staff is very friendly.
