Thank you for a very lovely stay. The staff in all departments were all very helpful and welcoming during my stay. AJ, Jennifer and the F & B team were all so helpful and attentive and friendly each time I ate at the restaurant. And shamena was excellent in taking care of my room. And always happy to get whatever else o needed. And the staff at the front desk were always happy to answer my questions. And also o was happy with how the concierge organized and gave me information for tours and other activities.

Very very happy with our experience at the Traders. We have stayed twice now and the service has been second to none both times!
The staff are friendly and accommodating, one lady even remembered my name from last time.
Rooms are comfortable and everything you could need. I can honestly say it’s one of the best nights sleep I’ve had.

This is the 3Rd time we have stayed at traders and again we had a great time. The staff again were very helpful and polite from the guys on the beach who sorted our chairs eachmorning before we arrived. Guys on the front desk always acknowledged us and the club lounge staff never stopped making sure their was enough of everything to eat and drink.
The beach at the front of the hotel is great and a good size,, 5 minute walk to the souk if you want to eat away from the hotel.
We always book club rooms but this time we decided on a suite, lovely size and lots more seating options compared to the club room. Bathroom was also a good bit bigger.response / report this review -

In one week we stayed in the hotel we noticed that on different days during breakfast time there was no; orange juice, backet bread, and we think that the choice of (cold) meet for the breakfast is limited. On one morning there was no milk available for the serials.
Serving staff is doing there very best and are polite and kind and willing for a small talk. We liked that.
The Traders lounge is a nice place to relax and enjoy your drinks.response / report this review -

We have visited the hotel every year for around 5 years, and whilst we did enjoy our stay this time, it was evident to us that cutbacks are being made, especially in the traders lounge - there were no hash browns and hardly ever any baked beans at breakfast, it looked like these had been replaced with an unlimited supply of mozzarella sticks. The traders lounge ran out of diet coke for 3 days and ironically there was no breakfast tea at breakfast for the first couple of days, the happy hour has changed from 6-8pm to 5-7pm and the food provided now during that time has evidently been changed to save money - no more soup or hot snacks like spring rolls or skewers. Highlighting these aspects might sound like we're being overly picky, but when we have paid extra for the lounge facilities and we know what they were like in the past, it does have an impact. That said, I don't doubt that new guests still appreciate what is on offer. Also, this is no negative reflection on the staff, who have always been and still are exemplary, at all levels.

Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Room was big. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It should be 5 star hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, good location. The staff is excellent especially Mr. Mustafa from reception. Very rich breakfast buffet. All our Problems were solved on the highest level. We have already recommended it to our Family and friends

The experience was awesome food was not good at all .. we ordered Chicken Biriyani was a disaster . pizza was eatable chicken soup was not good other’s all things were awesome all staffs were very happy to serve us.. love to visit again..

A very stylish and comfortable hotel with a nice private beach and bar. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Superior room is very generous in size. Large comfortable bed and a great shower. Beach bar staff are a little lacking in their attention, requiring being called over as they are often talking amongst themselves.

Second time around at Traders, and second time around fully satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located, close to great restaurants and to the airport. A bit further away from the Coniche, but still you can take a cab or the bus for that. The private beach offers enough space for relaxing. If you are a Swimmingpool person you might want to go somewhere else because the pool here is quite small. Breakfast is great.

We stayed here for 3 nights and very impressed with the way this hotel conducts itself especially with checkin and hospitality. The service was outstanding. The rooms are very clean and up to the 4 star rating. The food was excellent breakfast lunch and dinner. We had the barbecue one of the nights and the food and service again was out of this world. When we went for dessert we were upset that the red velvet cheesecake was finished but our waiter Brian and the cook Adam made sure that we had one made specially for us that we did not expect. Thanks to the chef for that. Will defiantly come back and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice hotel. Value for money. The khor or seawater where people can swim isn't clear and is full of algae plants, which makes it unpleasant for swimming.

Its a 4 star hotel with a 5 star service! The hotel is in perfect location, close to several Abu Dhabi landmarks. The staff are very friendly! They have outstanding customer service skills!
