Corniche All Day Buffet had a very good variety of international selections from appetizers, mains, & deserts. We were very well looked after by the restaurant's crew who were all friendly & accommodating especially Ms. Myra who gave us a very good deal. Food tastes great. Truly a good value for money.

It was for many years my favourite hotel to stay. As a long term returning guest as well Our company or employees, partners we booked there. Until one manager made a big mistake.. They lost a very good client.. Sad for whole team who where always top.

Modern and well-furnished hotel in Abu Dhabi. Close to Corniche Beach and Marinal Mall and they run a shuttle bus a few times a day. I stayed in Suite room in this hotel which was a wonderful experience overall. Breakfast was great as well. Definitely will revisit this hotel.

Wonderful place to relax. I stayed there for two nights with senior citizens and it was perfect specially that the bathroom has a separate tub and shower, I wasn’t worried that they might slip or miss a step.

They have helpful concierge desk (special mention to Binod who gave extra tips in going around), and welcoming people at their restaurant (Michelle was sweet to offer help at all times)

Had a short but great stay at the hotel. Service is top, room was spacious and had a luxurious bathroom to offer. Also got to enjoy the extensive spread at the breakfast buffet. The facilities are shared with the apartments in the same building complex, but are complete with a heated pool and big gym. Many restaurants in the streets around the hotel.

Lovely hotel with very accomodating room service staff, Aye was great in her service and pay attention to guest and I appreciate in her warm welcome! Taking order by asking frequently details and deliver it in short times than expected. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good place to stop after a long journey !

What an amazing week at Sofitel Abu Dhabi. Most definitely would recommend you visit. Great jazz and fizz bar ! Marry and all the staff are cool ! Nice bar with nice view. Le cafe lobby lounge also pretty very nice ginger house with a lot of Christmas decoration ! Thank you so much also for defi And to everyone else who made this a long awaited holiday to remember.. Perfect location, beautiful room, wonderful restaurants and really kind, helpful and professional staff. My best experience in Abu Dhabi so far.It's such an amazing experience to visit this hotel. I spent a really fun time with my Husband. I'm really impressed to Defi, all of the staff are good. but she is awesome, so friendly and helpful whenever we come to Le Cafe. pistachio eclair with cinnamon latte was perfect.For sure I'll come back again to visit this hotel.No doubt, just perfect!!

The place to stay when in Abu Dhabi. Staff are unbelievable and rooms and suites are so comfortable. We have stayed twice it breaks up the long hall back to Australia from Europe. It has an amazing rooftop pool and restaurant. We loved it!

I booked this hotel for myself and 3 friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed staying this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The only fault experiences was the slow service we received a the French Bakery. We stopped off for a quick lunch and found ourselves waiting over an hour for a couple of sandwiches and salads and we were the only ones in the café. My favourites parts about this hotel was the huge bath tub, buffet breakfast and amazing pools. Usually with a city hotel you expect a small pool but this hotel had 2 generous sized pools.

We have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced better or more friendly service from everyone. We also loved our upgraded suite. 10 out of 10 in every area. It doesn't have a beach front but they can arrange all that for you. We didn't get the chance to use that but it was good to know for next time.

I am really recommending this hotel guys. I so love to stay long in this hotel. Accommodation is really world class. Carpeted room, clean and not smelly. I enjoyed the bath tab too, and also the swimming pool, though its small but its clean. The hotel staff are so helpful to us. And they do SMILE in welcoming us. I really had a great staycation here in Sofitel.

Too many bad experiences spread over a 5 night stay to be able to enumerate in such a short space. Shortly:
1) Untrained Front desk staff, called me 3 times in 5 days to repeatedly fill check-in forms inspite of being clearly informed about multiple bookings 15 days prior to arrival as well as on day of arrival. They also kept on disconnecting the room keys cards on at least 3 occasions during my 5 night stay.
2) The wheelchair accessible room allotted was absolutely unfit to be let-out. Toilet had some creepy crawlies, the hand wash basin was choked, the shower area was choked, shower area had a reverse slope, which is impossible to rectify without ripping down the entire toilet.
3) Noise from nightclub kept us awake every night till 3-4 am.
4) Calling for ice in the room was a standard 30-45 minute wait.
5) In room breakfast order was repeatedly messed up.
6) All day dining restaurant staff didn't know difference between regular tea & green tea.
7) Instead of trying to rectify the complaints, all that the staff did was try to offer some discounts on various hotel facilities or offer some freebies, in the hope that I would not place my complaints on record.

The hotel is fantastic, attentive staff who go out of their way to assist and make your stay a pleasant experience. The rooms are well appointed, good quality finish and the bed is very very comfortable so a good night sleep is guaranteed. We had a club level room which gave access to the lounge which is fantastic. The staff get to know you by name, there is great food options especially breakfast and complimentary soft drinks (and alcoholic drinks between 1730-1930).

I highly recommend this hotel and I will definately stay here again.

Upon late arrival we were warmly welcomed by the reception professional staff, who served us and directed us to our suite. Good first impression counts about hotel and staff.
Next day we did not like the cleanliness of the suite, which was reported to the reception, that was attended to satisfactory.
Breakfast can be improved with more food variety, but all in all it was satisfactory.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night and we were both really happy about the hotel. We got excellent service and I felt that the hotel delivered as the 5-star hotel it is. Good location as well as clean and nice rooms.
