Good clean hotel with good service and good food. I enjoyed looking at the sunset from my room in floor 27 which was facing west. Water and fruits were provided on a daily basis. Although the location of the hotel is not far from the city and facilities but with the summer heat, it is difficult with out a car.

Lovely hotel with perfection! Everything was perfect. The rooms was elegant and luxurious with class furnitures . The room temperature, bed, staff, food everything was great. I loved the food and would want to go back just the food .

One of most underrated hotels in the City!! Simply a hidden gem!
If you consider cost for value. Then this hotel is among the top hotels in the city.
3-4 stars price at 6-7 stars service!
Get a club membership if you’re staying for more than 4 days for business . It’ll save you a ton in meals and workspace!!
Also try to get a higher floor! It makes a HUGE difference in the view quality.response / report this review -

Stayed here for 53 nights during the summer of 2015. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly.
However things have gone down hill slightly since then with lots of turnover. While the hotel is still nice you are better off staying elsewhere. You can get a similar if not better room for equal or less money and earn hotel points at a place like the new Marriott Downtown across from whada mall.
You will also have easier access to the city.
This hotel is nicely decorated during Christmas and the major Asian holidays make it a fun place to stay.
Good for a weekend if you aren't worried about points. If staying long term I'd go elsewhere.response / report this review -

The whole place has sunlight thanks to the front being entirely mad of glass. The same thing about the roof of conference and event areas which have glass roof. No lack of parking and has access to a supermarket, medical center, pharmacy and external independent laundry. Security is tight and around the clock. It is very near to Al Wahda mall, one of the biggest and best malls in town.

i love urban kitchen, i go there for the service, the variety and the freshness of the food, as well as the price, best buffet in Abu Dhabi for me, in comparison with 5 stars hotels, trust a foodie :)

I had an amazing experience and wonderful memories living in Dusit Thani for 4 years. Located strategically in the heart of the city of Abu Dhabi. Plenty of facilities are available such as Yas Medical center, Select Supermarket, a pharmacy, laundry and much more !

This was the very 1st hotel I stayed in Abu Dhabi with my hubby and it was a great experience! Our room was in the top floor of the hotel and the view from our room was heart touching!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Right from the time we arrived to when we left we couldn’t ask for more. Impossible to fault really - beautiful facilities including gym and rooftop pool, amazing breakfast buffet and also had the most amazing buffet lunch one of the days. We booked through Etihad as we were there for 2 nights on a layover and got a very reasonable rate for what this hotel offers. Will definitely be coming back!

Very good hotel and service. Situated around 10 to 15 minutes from the exhibition center and not deep in the city center making it convenient to go around the city and exit easily to Dubai. They have also apartments. Underground parking. Nice reception.

Well priced Thank you. Front desk and valet staff were outstanding. Will definitely return for a next stay. Rooms neat and spacious. Lounge areas beautiful with a very expansive breakfast.

Good five star hotel. Couple of restaurant on site. Very good buffet breakfast 132 dirhams per person. Well equipped gym which is open 6:00-22:00. On the 23rd there is outdoor swimming pool for adults and another one for kids. In addition, there is jacuzzi, bar, sun beds with tower provided. Room is good size with incredible view of the Abu DAbi. Clean and spacious room. There are Zumba, cycling classes available in the gym.

A luxury hotel with great value. Attentive staff focused on making your experience as pleasurable as possible. Luxury, ample rooms with excellent bathrooms and an enormous shower. Add that a centrally-located venue, making the Dusit Thani a hotel to truly recommend.

The outer part of Dusit Thani may give you the impression of ordinary hotel situated within nearby hotels and apartments in nearby area. Once you stepped in, you noticed you are brought into an experience of its kind. The elevator inside is seen from the main lobby. And the main lobby have extremely high ceiling up to the top floor of the hotel. I would wonder how it will look like when the sun pass by right above the building. I believe the view would be amazing. Anyway, I was there for dinner buffet and the restaurant. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. I will surely try to stay here for local experience at least once.

I visited the hotel for a conference and was lucky enough to stay there too. Room was in excellent condition, and was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Only ate at Urban Kitchen where the food was reasonable but pricey. After leaving my bags with them all day on check out, I was allowed to use the gym locker room to shower and change before heading for the airport. All in all, an excellent experience.

I stayed here for a month in 2016. I had a room on the 3rd floor and there was way too much noise from the lobby and from outside. And they kept having problems with the fire alarm waking people up at 3 am. Otherwise the rooms were clean and we'll maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful it was definitely good that there is a supermarket and laundry place behind the hotel. The swimming pool is rather small and the gym equipment was a bit old.

One of the better hotels in Abu Dhabi. Very pleasant check in, not dragging long administrative work at the reception.
We got a personal welcome card written, so an absolute customer intimacy moment there! Very good!
