Fab hotel. Staff extremely helpful nothing too much trouble. Anything needed attention was arranged swiftly. Rooms very comfortable. Pool area very relaxing nice pool. Only complaint is Friday is Acapulco Friday brunch. A little more courtesy needed for residents. It's very noisy umbrellas removed from sunbeds for the use of people attending brunch. Kids of people attending brunch not supervising their kids. Felt like we were pushed to leave.

Great Place to live in Yas Island and i recommend to stay here and enjoy the 2 themes parks. They have a very good package for this deal and sitting at the pool is highly recommended.

On the plus side the room was comfortable and quiet. On the downside we couldn't check in until 3pm which is quite late. I was drawn to this hotel because I'd seem adverts in which it was described as tranquil, alongside a picture of an empty pool. This could not be further from the truth. I stayed on a Friday when a raucous brunch was in full swing. Brunch guests are allowed to use the pool and consequently it was jam packed. At one point the brunch guests started playing rugby in the middle of the pool area, around the chairs, at which point we had to vacate. Staff did nothing. Park Inn guests can use the Radisson blu pool which was quieter, but not much as it seemed to contain everyone who wasn't at brunch. I thought just giving 2 pillows per double room (with no extra in the cupboard), just 2 plain tea bags and no milk was a bit mean. It took over an hour and multiple phone calls to get extra pillows. Id stay elsewhere next time.

-Operator hardly answer the call after you try many times.
-Swimming pool water filter system is not working well. or may be not available.
-Breakfast is not good as before.
I have used to stay in this hotel in year 2012 and 2013. The service at this time was much better.

The Staff make the Hotel they are very polite and are willing to help with everything you request. The standard and business rooms are ok if you are just looking for somewhere to stay in-between travel. Very clean and modern, the room service menu needs to be updated with a greater variety. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family due to its location on Yas Island next to all the main attractions. I am happy with the service and will be going back thank you Radisson.

Great views. Friendly service and quick to accommodate any needs. They have a good shuttle service that takes you to popular places such as Yas mall, Yas waterworld and Ferrari world. Rooms are very good in size. We took the deluxe suite as we were with our baby son and pleasantly surprised by it's size, balcony was huge which also had a Sun bed :). Check in could have been slightly better as out of the 3 rooms booked, we got one of them almost 4 pm. Other than that, would definitely come back for another staycation. Lubna A.

Very nice, non-pretentious hotel on Yas Island. We just celebrated our company's family day at the Park Inn and found the place to be a great location - nicely situated next to the golf course, overlooking the water. Gives it a nice, beach holiday like atmosphere. Add to this the great food (e.g., Amergios with one of the best Mexican Friday brunches and the attractions for kids) and you have your perfect weekend staycation destination.

The bed so small it's not for 2 + the breakfast was super 0, don't try it's and you lose your money for nothing, and when we were In the restaurant the spoon was so dirty and milk so bad, test the swimming pool it's for kids looks like its like a joke + there are no shampoo and no teeth kit.

The offering was good, but we went during the ramadan holidays. The reception was absolute mess. 3 people to cater 100 people. Check in took 3 hrs for us.

Very nice hotel with very very nice staff. The room is clean + nice pool, and the staff were very nice and kind. The only problem I had is with the check in. It took more than 30 minutes even though I book and paid over the Internet.

Very friendly stuff and very good breakfast, they even cooked oats specially for us. Very good location and view from balcony. Small swimming pool. If hotel has a lot of guests it is easier and faster to park your car by yourself, dont use vallet parking.

The room is okay a.c. was not working properly..faucet and shower needs to be well maintained coz every time we open the faucet there is water coming out from the shower.. and when I called for the room service the lady was rude when she was talking to me.. view was nice.. we were in 406

Decent rooms at a sensible price. Set in a group with several other hotels, right next to the race circuit and marina and just a 5 minute ride from Ferrari World. Handy for the airport too.

Wonderful location to visit Yas island beach and parks - Ferrari world and water park. Located next to crowne plaza and Radisson. Much cheaper than the other hotels. Staff is helpful and courteous.

I was upgraded to a beautiful sea-facing room at the Radisson Blu, the sister property next door. There was no non-smoking double room available at the Park Inn. Service was prompt and courteous, we were even offered coffee on the patio while we waited. I recommend either property for the location, access to attractions, service and lovely scenery.

I stayed here a long time ago. Staff were friendly and very cooperative. If you have a car and want to stay here, don't worry. You can have the valet service at the main door or you can simply park it yourself for no charge in their underground parking.
Location in Yas Island is close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina and Ferrari World. Nearby is the golf course that you can enjoy if you are a golf fan.
