This hotel is situated in a residential area of Abu Dhabi. Nice rooms, Clean toilets, good behavior. Their room rent is also reasonable. This hotel would be a good choice for staying in Abu Dhabi.

Worst customer service for a hotel. The man receptionists dont know how to properly treat customers. Also, they provide incomplete toiletries, for 230 worth of service, you wont have any customers come back. Furnitures, bedsheets and blankets are dirty, or old. Only one towel for 2 guests. Not cleaning well too, because we saw trash from i dont how many customers.. Diaper cover inside the drawer, it is very obvious they dont clean properly coz they didnt see it. Hair dryer in the toilet not working, they told us they will bring another but we apready checked out no one came. Definitely never coming back

When I went room there was no bath towels inside its ok hair dryer also not working like that some problems but ok clean and neat staff ok 👌

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. My room's furniture was torn, the walls were cracked, only 3 lights were working (even the lamps which were supposed to work weren't working), all the plug points were American and when asked for the adaptor, that turned to be American too. Definetly a big let down for people who book the hotel by seeing the pictures on a travel website. It isn't worth any stars.
