Nice and clean hotel. Hotel is located right in the heart of the city. Comfortable stay. Staff members at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served for long hours. Lots of choice/ varity of food for breakfast.

I booked the ballroom for a party. The wallpaper is so old and worn out. Too many pillars and poor lighting. No balloon pump like the other places we checked. We were offered 3kg cake as a compliment. The cake was so poorly decorated. :(

the receptionist was nice and friendly. The room is simple yet spacious. The toilet is quiet clean but some areas are a little dusty, but overall it's a good stay.

Very nice staff, especially porters and reception. Rooms are spacious and everything is nice and clean. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of local, western and Oriental foods. Lovely café next door. 20 mins walk to bus station and to trade centre mall.

At the Initially stage itself had a bad experience. There are only Filipinos in the reception and she is abusing a customer in her local language.
Then When It was my turn, The crew has no proper service. Sarcastic loud noise.
The hotel is near and good location. But the Customer has needs to be good. Please replace with good staff and other nationality also.

The room is clean and the service is good. The Housekeeping are attentive! The receptionist staff's Lianne and Eco are professional and helpful.. Always approaching with a smile! Thanks for the warm welcome and great experience!

It is a good hotel, nice staff and the service is well. The rooms are not super clean but they are decent, The prices are good and the location is great. Not the best place to stay in Abudhabi but considering your budget and the price it might be good enough.

One of the worst place to stay in Abu Dabhi.Very rude and non co operative Philpino staff.Very poor house keeping and room service.U ll call for something at 10:30 PM and midnight 2PM u ll receive a call with query sir still u need it..!
It was my third experience and service remained same for every time.I dont recommend anyone to stay here.

All staff are super great, nice accommodation, but I'm not happy about the room rates given to me, I'm with them almost in my 4th week & still refuse to give me a special consideration, Chinese people entering the hotel by busses almost daily, you feel like you are in China not in Abu Dhabi, I'm really loving the staff in here, they are the only reason I'm continuing to stay here all the way up to Duty manager Only without mentioning names because really all of them are great welcoming people, any higher position than Duty manager NOT included & I mean really NOT included for a reason I rather keep for myself, May ALLAH bless all the staff I mentioned & I wish them all the best in their life 👍

But there is no recreation (swimming,gym..) facility. Its mostly occupied.

The carpet is very dirty and old and the bedsheets and pillow covers had dirt over it room was not clean and the room service was not all responsive had to tell them couple of times and came after few hours the duty manager was very aggressive and not at polite in his speech. My worst visit at any hotel ever I will never recommend this hotel.

The place need refurbishing and refurnishing, but it's quiet, comfortable, and offers good value for money. Not to mention that it has its own parking and the location is perfect.

The room is very small. Not very clean. Found blood stains on the lamp shade and black stains on the ceiling. Could not turn on all the lights. But price was ok. Price is what you pay quality is what you get. Hot water doesn't work. Out a possible 5 stars I would give it a 2.

FIne for a night or two. We stayed in early May 2017.
Cons: non-smoking rooms smelled smokey; kettle didn't work.
Pros: quiet and all-hours room service - handy when your international flight arrives in late night / early morning.

Good quality hotel at reasonable price. Their free valet parking service is quite practical especially in the downtown busy area. However, it usually takes a bit time for queuing and thus the front entrance is usually a bit messy with cars which temporarily park there.
