Yas Centro is exactly what we expected it to be and what we needed. A well located place to spend the night while working on a project on Yas Island. Very reasonably priced, clean and very comfortable bed. Booking was painless, check in and checkout can have a bit of a line because it was fully booked but overall a very good experience. Would definitely recommend!

Rooms are quite small, however there is ample space for a group of 2. The breakfast is luscious and a veriety of stuff. The pool is great, to be honest and had many facilities!

One of the best hotels in Yas Island the location is wonderful and near to all activities at yas , rooms are really clean and quite with a relaxing view. Parking is a bit not comfortable If you came with your own car

But overall I really really liked it and would go there again

It's ok had better experience. They have taking the stairs. Actually I couldn't find the stairs. The lift can only go to your floor as you need your room key card to input floor.

Great hotel. 10 mins drive from Abu Dhabi airport.
Friendly staff.
Nice choices during breakfast.

And use of the steam and sauna rooms in Rotana hotel next door

A good hotel for the price. The Yas Island bus stop is right outside the hotel. A respectable breakfast was included with our room. We stayed three nights at the hotel.

Good hotel, nice location. The only drawback was the monotonous breakfast on both days of the stay. The breakfast was good though

Amazing place, I used to come all the time to Centro Yas when I go to AD, Mr. NOurelddin, Mr. AbulKareem ; and Mr. Ismail make my stay a special memory to be remembered all the time with my kids ,

This place tried to bait and switch me to the Rotana. Then after I refused they told me my reservation had been cancelled. In the end after having to make a big ruckus the manager gave me the upgrade and sent me to the Rotana. Be careful when booking this place and don't fall for the scam.

Nice hotel. Seems to be the cheapest on Yas Island. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet.

Strategically located at Yas Island .
Rooms are good, buffet breakfast is great.
Swimming pool would have been larger.

I left my luggage near the reception and travelled to Dubai with family. I called numerous times to check whether the luggage is there or not.
I got reply that we will check and call you. From morning to afternoon they did it.
After I ran out of my patience and put mail to GM of the hotel, after few minutes got call stating they have found my bag.
If the reception people would have done before I sent mail to GM, I would have given 5 star.

The overall experience was great and convenient. The only Feedback I would give to the hotel is always try to see if the the mistake was from your end before you run into conclusion.

I parked my car in the basement and went to the elevator.. the door won't open and the card won't sync. So i walked my way up to the reception from the driveway.. I told the receptionist that the keys are not working and his direct response was oh your card might have been placed next to your phone so he gave me 2 new cards. (but he said it in a very friendly way) not rude.. Later i had to go down to my car again to pick up my other stuff.. guess what.. the keys didn't work again.. so i had to walk all the way up again.. this time i told them that there must be something wrong with your door.. and then the bag handler told the receptionist that this not the first person that this has happened with and then the receptionist told me that he will call the security team to resolve the issue.

My point is.. Whenever a guest has a concern.. first.. don't blame them.. second.. make sure u do some investigation around it.. don't answer just for answering

little things like this can get frustrating after a long working day.

I do like this hotel and will surely visit again.

Great location, good sized pool, cleanliness could be better in room and around hotel, most doors and glass have always hand prints where you pick up germs the most.
Service good, staff lovely and very helpful.
Great bus service available outside hotel's,drivers very helpful.

My stay at Centro have been pleasant. The room is decent, even though not as large as other nearby hotels. However, I am after simplicity and this is what Centro offered. One highlight is the breakfast, I am loving their sauteed mushroom!!!! Internet connections tend to be wonky at times. I have less luck getting decent speed and have to resort to free access that valid for 12 hours and renewing it once expired. The staff are friendly and they recongized you if you stay frequent enough. Taxis are always available outside the doorstep. There are Transit bus to Yas Mall or Ferrari world.

Very nice stay here. It's three star hotel but compete with 4 and 5 star hotels. View from my Windows was very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are planning to visit Yas Waterworld or Ferrari world, then buy tickets from hotel it's much cheaper compare to online or buying from ticket counter window. I strongly recommend this.
