I came to visit a person who was here on a short visit.
The staff at the reception lack basic customer care ettiquettes and at times i felt that they were rude, simply put.

Gym and swimming pool is there.Reception is very helpful. Housekeeping staff is rude.FreeTeabags, coffee, milk powder and sugar is provided on daily bases.Washroom is clean with a tub in it.Hair drier is provided in the washroom.Soap,bodywash and shampoo is provided daily.Labanese Roaster is there to buy vegetables and daily utilities.Baquala is also there to buy water and other things.Frontload washing machine is there.Microwave ,coffee maker,Toaster is also provided.Afour burner hot plate is provided with all the utensils to help you make prepare your own dishes without any hassle.Refrigerator is also provided.Adjoining to the hotel there is Texas Chicken where you can have fast food like burgers and fried chicken etc.

Good rooms, but they great with bad reception. I didn't like they lied to me so I get more expensive room. I had to use Booking to get a single room.

Stayed there for a month. Very nice. One the bus line and you can walk to the mall. Cleaners and a haircut are next door and grocery store next door too. Very convenient.
