Not at all a decent place to stay if you are with family. The enterance in late evening hours is so crowded and flocked people who simply stand there as bay watchers. The pub there is a purely pickup joint.

It was a good hotel, bt i didn't like the ambience much. For family traveling, i won't suggest this place. For single traveling people, it can be a good place.
If u r just there for business, thn definitely this is a fine place to stay at nights. Has pubs & disco nearby.

I have a very bad experience with this hotel, the employees in this hotel are very very rude they don't know how to give Respec t to it's customers.
They may be came from some uncivilized society, they need lots of training how to behave politely with their customers.
My sincere request to you all those who are watching be cautious, if possible never book this hotel.
You cannot even sleep peacefully because lots of noises are coming from down pubs.
My strong recommendations are never check in such hotel.response / report this review -

I booked an executive room that had no water or fruit basket. Roaches in the room and under the sheets. Internet did not work at all in the room. Complained to front desk who attempted to resolve problem but the person was only concerned with it being connected and not with me being able to use Wi-Fi. Obviously did not have a good night sleep at all so I woke up to a knock on the door stating I overstayed my time which I did. I asked however did anyone call or knock on the door even though I had do not disturb on the door. I paid additional 599 aed to stay before I checked out. I will NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN! Clubs are nice but it's not worth it to stay there. The porters want tips when they should be providing the service anyway. I was totally disgusted but I won't recommend this hotel to reside in to anyone.

Excellent, location wise about 50 steps from metro. Good clean and neatly maintained. Good wifi connection in the rooms. Don't opt to include break fast.

The place is so disappointing. I could not sleep as well due to there was a continuous sound of the automobiles horn and there is someone continuously moving the chair on top on my room that seem to be intently moving it from time to time so I could not sleep.

Horrible stay. Rooms are small, outdated tv with no reception, and absolutely the worst room service. Wouldn't recommend to someone I don't like.

Classified as a 3star hotel..it is a clean nice and strategic location..there is a night club.a bar and a restaurant..I saw that that the place has an Indian restaurant..It is clean and the rooms are big and well furnishedI didn't go inside the night club and the bar..Prices are very affordable A part from the luxury entrance it may seem quaint at the lobby. Also the area.. though strategic and close to services is surprisingly old and seem to be another trip ..but out of the timeI have no problem returning to that place..

One of the old hotel at main road n Bur Dubai, famous as pickup point for girls notorious After 9pm There is big gathering of girls and pickers It covers whole entrance area and lobby. Many cabs waiting in front of this hotel to drop you with your girl at your place.

No free parking, it cost 25 aed per day
No Kettle and compliment Nescafe or Tea or even drinking water in the room.
If you ask for hot water, charging 10 aed.
If you ask for drinking water, it is 20 aed. ( They know how to make money by squeezing the guests )
Swimming pool is closed Sunday!!! I really don't know why.
And in other days, it will be closed by 5 pm!!! In any other hotel never before 7 pm. But here by 5 pm is closed.
WiFi signal is very weak.

Very bad experience.
Staff rude and unfriendly.
Bars at the entrance and they do not allow isitors in the rooms.
They run much less than a motel
They dont allow a late check out and they ring in the rooms to get guest out..
Toilets and showers are very old and not clean

I dont know who give it 3 stars. It even not worth one star. Typically village typ hotels who are offering only bed for night. Even drinking water is not available n thr room. U have to pay 20 drhms for parking per night which is like so.e kind of joke. Cant say anything abut cleanliness. Over 0/10

I stay there one it was awesome good for social person as all night club and bars have free entry for the guest and this hotel located in rush area of BUR Dubai very hard to find parking but valet parking from hotel also affordable is 20 AED per only

Rooms were small and there was no comb , toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers,etc and the only good thing I felt was there is grocery and cafeteria stores nearby. It's good for short stay max of 2 days, if you plan for a longer stay i would suggest try a better one .

Cheap hotel that will nickle and dime you. Better off just going for a more expensive hotel. Nothing really wrong with the hotel other than they only allow two people in a room who can show a marriage certificate. If you are not married do not attempt to check in with your significant other.

Nice place, helpful staff. although the people at reception could be more helpful and friendly. The rooms are good, although at times it may feel damp and there is a particular smell throughout that kind of puts you off. The hotel is located at a very nice place. You have a lot of things to do at walkable distance. There are departmental stores nearby which are open all the time. A few eateries /hotels nearby for people with all kinds of taste buds. You also have street shopping just at 5mins walking distance. At a considerable distance you can take a boat ride to bur dubai (which is a beautiful experience).

It's okay, a bit pretencious and the bartenders push you to keep busying drinks. I was about two minutes into my whiskey and the barman picked up my glass ready to take it away. I hate places that do that just let me drink in peace and when Im ready to buy another one I will. Subsequently I didn't stay in any of the bars in the York Hotel. Im happy to spend whatever on alcohol as long as there are no 3 waiters standing around my table - ridiculous.
