Apparently the sticker price is the "discounted" price and for employee reference only (in contrast to the rest of the world); the rest of the world isnt stupid, be honest and simply state there is no discount and we're greedy. 0 professionalism and the salesmen have no idea what they are doing.

Awful experience. Purchased a piano stand in December 2016, and was promised deliverer first week in Jan. No delivery Jan, no delivery Feb, no delivery March - zero pro-active communication from them about the delay. After 4 months chasing up excuses, they finally made a delivery. Except they delivered the wrong one. Unsurprisingly took a few more weeks to get sorted. Thoroughly unprofessional and incompetent service. Never again.

Poor customer service, and rude staff especially the orchestra megastore next to panasonic. They make you surprised that there should be really a purpose to look around and not ask about any product. Bad experience
