  I purchased a NAS from them. The experience was smooth. However, what is really great is their after sales service. Their team is knowledgeable, resourceful and really helpful. I had an issue with the NAS and took it over to them. They diagnosed the issue quickly , identified that the faulty HDD was still under warranty and immediately provided a replacement. No running around, multiple emails etc. for warranty, replacement etc. Highly recommended

  Parking was difficult to get but they had the lowest price on Wacom Cintiq 27. They also suggested me to buy the ergo stand which was not in stock. They delivered next day to me with cash on delivery so I didn't have to visit them again. Glad I bought it because this unit is difficult to work with without ergo and wacom has decided not to bundle it. 
  
  + Good pricing
  + Great sales guys - know what they are selling.  
  
  - Getting parking is difficult
  - Its a shop, don't expect units on display like sharaf Dg or any other Large format store.
