It takes a long time to get what you're requested them to do and I'm talking about 4-5 months. We purchased a server and was given a wrong specifications, they replaced the motherboard, but since the motherboard was replaced, the display on our monitor is not working.

Venu is very helpful though. One of his subordinates keeps on telling that he will come down to the office but he's always delayed to come for 3 weeks - 5 months. Not informing about the status, and always promising something that he never does.
