If you want to buy anything Apple related I recommend heading to the Apple Store and buying it from there. Very bad customer service at iStyle. You will get your issue solved but you’ll have to keep calling and complaining.

Oh and they never answer the phone!
This mall is 'jaw' dropping the one star review, I put my bag on a table right next to a counter, leave the shop forgetting the bag, never to be seen again. well, the disappointment was when when my iPhone battery died, 1) the information staff wasn't helpful at all or clear with directions, once I found the charging docks, both stations were showing in use, this clearly wasn't the case, went back in to the mall again the information point staff was not very helpful, she gave me a pamphlet with information of the concierge centre, on the way their I stumbled across istyle, which for me meant an opportunity to go into the back back of the shop nr the counter to charge my mobile phone for the few moments that would at least turn it on.(to of course contact and inform my family memebers, at this point it's been wel over 1 hour since being away from them in mall) I put my bag on a table right next to a counter, leaving the shop forgetting the bag, never to be seen again, I honestly truely beleive the staff should of picked up on the bag as it was in good view and next to the counter.

This place is a mess. no real control or support, and lets the Apple name down. I went there last week to buy the new IPhone 7, and there were only 2 assistants at the tills, and there are only 3 tills. What is that all about?
I left after waiting 20 minutes for service.
Avoid, and go to the Apple Store

Remove your telephone number if your not going to answer it!!! i've been calling maybe like a 20 times and no ones picking up its so useless!! better don't post your number as if there no staff in your store or theyre just ignoring customers?

They started as a an authorized Apple re-seller, but now they've changed their business and are having some diversity in their selection of products (other than apple, I meant like SAMSUNG and others) because the Apple store has been open not too long ago and they wouldn't want to lose their business, this series of shops opened all around the UAE is now pointless, the Apple stores are open and offer even more than what they offer.
