I purchased a pair of headphones from this store which turned out to be faulty. After 15 emails, reluctantly the store agreed the product is faulty and asked me to post the product to them (as I live in London)
However they refuse to post the item back, even after offering to pay for the postage they insist I must collect in person and pay AED2500 to fly from London to Dubai to collect a pair of faulty headphones which broke through no fault of my own.
