Discovery Gardens.
The best to deal, when you start with them.
Just have to sit on your couch and sign the documents/cheques. ☺

The worst to deal, when you live and leave.😣
Maintenance will get on time once after you find alternative solutions.😋 (The best)
Their checkout policies sucks. (WoW)
Have to kneel down to the securities with a lot of papers, if you want to take out our own underwear when leaving.😲 (Fabulous)

Takes more than 2 months to get title deed. I had to go to Deira Land Deoartment to check in deed and on my surprise title deed was ready two weeks ago. They don't reply to our emails. My husband sent around 5 follow up emails no body replied back. But if we are late half day for payment they overloading you with emails and phone calls. Not professional at all.
