It's quiet, cosy and nice place to live. The building is structured and one of the best architecture in dubai. Skyscrapper’s view are amazing, its a nice view to wake up to. The place is very accessible, you can easily walk to the marina, catch cruise ships and grab or eat in piles of restaurants. Also you can enjoy lot of free weekend shows on Marina. Tram station is also near by walkable distance.

It's quiet, nice place to live. It's an upscale place. It's near the Walk. But currently there is lot of constructions going on nearby the hotel which may be annoying if you are going out for a walk. You can easily walk to the marina and catch cruise ships. Also you can enjoy lot of free weekend shows on Marina. Tram station is near by walkable distance.

Favourite building in Dubai !!!

But I heard the apartments are small and not really worth the money. In addition, there is construction around the building which will later block most of the views from the apartment.

Unique twisted shape design made this building a landmark in area. It has nice view of ocean and Marina. Lighting design at night doesn't suite this luxury building!!!
