Excellent restaurant - good service and great food. Try the fresh mozzarella or fried seafood sharing platters - bit pricey but good portion sizes

Got an about 1cm very sharp piece of porcelaine in my pizza, almost choked, reported to the restaurant the issue and.. they didn't care! They call themselves family and kids friendly restaurant, well I wouldn't recommend to proof that going there - you don't want to get an injury yourself or see your kid choking.
Ronda Locatelli will not help or at least try to pretend helping you, and you will still have to pay your full bill. Shameless.response / report this review -

Celebrated my father in laws 54th Bday here. Great food. Good staff. They suggested items from the menu. Not a great selection of Wine.

We were originally supposed to eat at Ossiano but because of service issues we left and decided to try dinner here. When the food came out we asked for the pizza to be a little crispier, the server didn't quite understand what we meant so the manager, Annura, came over and got it all taken care of for us! He even served our table the rest of the dinner and made sure we had everything we needed! I always appreciate this, as this is a rare trait for managers to have these days! We have to thank you for the great service and food!

Best pizza! Be warned, this place gets rammed during holidays as it's located at the Palm Hotel. Great food but quite family orientated.

The food is amazing, the service is outstanding as well. Is not the cheapest italian restaurant in Dubai so be advice and ready to splursh some cash $$$ although it is all worthy once you take the first bite off your main course. Drinks are great and they even have coloring book and kids menu.
